Not the best food to eat, but it is good. They have nice employees. Usually when I dine in they are so nice. It's a quiet, enjoyable place to eat. Never packed or loud, obnoxious people inside. I enjoy the chicken sandwich the best with onion rings.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Burger King. The customer service was beyond poor—unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude. It's clear that they do not prioritize their customers or care about resolving issues. I am extremely disappointed. Definitely the worst drive-thru service you can find in florida.

Chop Shop
After the person in front of me got 3 salads 1 at a time and kept handing them back, I thought gratefully I ordered a burger off the grill. I got my stail burger not off the grill and with only 1 peice of cheese not 2. Both West Boca Burger King restaurants are equally disappointing so much so that I needed to type this as a reminder to myself to never eat there again. Pretty sad because I have always been a fan of them over the others.

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had from Burger King. Honestly, pig food looks more appealing. The Whopper was cold with a weirdly sweet bun — absolutely gross. The wraps? They looked like something you’d feed a dog, not a human. And the onion rings? Gross to eat — no crunch at all, just a messy dough with a hint of onion taste. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I wish I had. My $30 went straight in the trash. Never again!
