You know what you’re going to get when you go to BK. Personally I like the Whopper over other places. The fries are usually lousy. Just give me a Whopper and I am happy.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Burger King. The customer service was beyond poor—unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude. It's clear that they do not prioritize their customers or care about resolving issues. I am extremely disappointed. Definitely the worst drive-thru service you can find in florida.

Chop Shop
After the person in front of me got 3 salads 1 at a time and kept handing them back, I thought gratefully I ordered a burger off the grill. I got my stail burger not off the grill and with only 1 peice of cheese not 2. Both West Boca Burger King restaurants are equally disappointing so much so that I needed to type this as a reminder to myself to never eat there again. Pretty sad because I have always been a fan of them over the others.

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had from Burger King. Honestly, pig food looks more appealing. The Whopper was cold with a weirdly sweet bun — absolutely gross. The wraps? They looked like something you’d feed a dog, not a human. And the onion rings? Gross to eat — no crunch at all, just a messy dough with a hint of onion taste. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I wish I had. My $30 went straight in the trash. Never again!

Defenitly needs to have updated furniture especially in the bathroom. A bathroom with yellow and faded appliances and STILL looks like it’s dirty!🤢🤢🤢

I can’t believe We come here to spend our money and employees are SUPER RUDE (specially Drive - through) if this lady doesn’t like her job she should go somewhere else and let others to have the opportunity. I hope you guys take your time and hire professional people who really do care about customer.
Service was accutally horrid I was waiting to order and it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for them to get to me. Not only did that I ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries and had me waiting for 20 minutes to proceed and say "we don't have chicken sandwiches" and they don't have "fries" so they asked me if I wanted a whopper instead and ring fries and I just said sure because I wasn't gonna be mean but man the service sucked and other people were mad they took so long.
