Placed and order for pick up this evening. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. I must say I wasn't expecting that. I just was just picking up a pizza for take out. I was greeted on the way in and out by multiple staff members. Service was very quick. Jen took care of us. She was very nice. Very friendly atmosphere. We will return again.
as a pizza hut, you're just never going to get a 5-star review. that said, the carry-out experience was quick and easy. pizza was still very warm by the time i got to where i wanted to be. i screwed up the online order, and called within 5 minutes of placing the order. the staff was able to correct the order with no hassle. pizza was as expected, no complaints!
