This place is trash and the rgm and district manager should be ashamed of themselves not to mention the people who hired and put them in position. The incompetence of the people at this place is at a very high level. They even close whenever they want you wont get an order after 10pm meanwhile online says they close 12am.So i drove over to the one on hillsboro going east( A WHOLE DIFFERENT CITY) and recieved exceptional service and food. Rgm, quit your job and let someone who can properly staff the restaurant get a chance to actually work. Unbelievable!

What made the situation even more frustrating was when I realized I was wrongly charged for potatoes I didn't receive, and for an extra soda that was already included in the combo. As someone who worked tirelessly all week and decided to enjoy a special moment with my family, I expected more attentive and accurate service. I had just experienced the absolute disgusting attitude and behavior at this Burger King location, 441 between Galdes rd. & Palmetto Park rd. Nasty, angry, disgusting manager ( Wednesday, Oct.4th 3:21pm) !!! prices through the roof! (just 2 large fries almost $9) Food quality is completely unacceptable, chicken nuggets overcooked. Burger King needs to straighten up and get rid of all unhappy workers. Good Luck !!!

First location in SoFlo that I get my order packaged to spec, made how I wanted it, looked as pictured, ingredients looked fresh and properly distributed and flavor was on point! So rare I had to leave a review. If all BK experiences were close to this one, BK would be easily on top of the burger wars.
