Haylyn, the waitress was friendly and did an excellent job around the room. BUT, the combo of ribs and chicken strips…ribs were fatty and the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. The corn was mushy 👎🏻. I did enjoy the garlic bread and french fries. lol. I chose to come here tonight since I had a gift card. Unfortunately, I was dissapointed with the food! Scratching this off my list!

Thank you Ashley! Her service was outstanding. Atmosphere was great. She was friendly and very kind. Dinner was great. I ordered a cheeseburger special. She did warn me that my burger would be medium-well. Corporate, if a customer wants well-done please just make it well done. My children's meals were great. As a single mama of 4, I'm happy when my kids eat all of their food. 2 of my picky eaters literally ate all of it without complaining and even asked for more. Will visit again soon. My children had: cheeseburger bites, French fries, mandarin oranges , choice of soda. And pepperoni pizza, French fries, and choice of soda. I had a trio special: iced sweet tea, bacon cheeseburger, and chips and salsa. *I did speak to the manager, we laughed it off. It was an overall great experience for my kiddos and I. Thank you for dinner. **Corporate stop changing the methods of cooking. 9/10 you're not even eating the foods on the menu!!!

In my opinion so far, this is the best Chili’s that I’ve ever been to from the young lady Nikki that directed us to our table, our waitress: Erica and all the way back to the kitchen was an awesome experience I totally recommended the Chili’s at this Boca Raton location. I look forward to my next visit.

Had a very good experience with our server Morgan. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our orders were accurate and morgan was attentive and kept our drinks full. She was also knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. We’ll definitely be coming back!
