This is the worse Chilis we have ever been to. The server was mediocre at best especially since we had to ask several times for refills. The food was total junk, ribs were dry and stale specially but no one in my party ate more than a quarter of what we were brought. The restaurant was trashy, dingy, and a shell of what I’m sure it had been at one point. $80 down the drain and another $45 at McDonald’s so we could actually have something to eat. I think the biggest joke was the manager saying g that our waiter was “the best he had on staff” to another guest. If this is the best you have it’s probably time to turn over management bro.

We had a family night dinner on Friday and Michael was our server. Having been a previous waitress I must say his attention to detail is unmatched. He was professional, prompt and attentive! He’s a huge asset to the waitstaff and an excellent employee. Truly enjoyed our dinner (as it is not easy dining with 2 toddlers in peace 😅). Thank you Michael!

I ordered something for pick up today and they accidentally put the sauce that I asked to be on the side on the food. So they redid it and everything was really delicious and perfect. The person that helped me in the pick up area was very nice and polite. I wish all the restaurants were like this.
Always friendly service!! Bummer they got rid of 2 for 1 happy hour.
