The place was dirty door and windows. The guy behind the counter gave my husband not enough food for a grown man. 1 tablespoon of shredded pork. I feel compensation is in order.

I order a burrito but when I went to pick it up I was a lot confused I didn’t know if I ordered a burrito or a taco, that burrito was really small, I’ve been order burritos for around 10 years, i also do deliveries in my time off all over Miami, ftlauderdale etc, I know how a burrito looks, I notice the glades location are very cheap when they need to create a plate, the portions are very small not according with other Chipotles standards , I don’t know if the staff are afraid to wrap a normal burrito or basically they don’t know how to do it so is easy to wrap a small portion. I think small portions is not what the people pay mostly for rice, beans.I hope corporate fix this problem and make customers happy with the right portions.

Be careful when you ask for double meat. They give you half of a the scoop portion…. And called it double chicken Lol.

Had a meting the area and it was late and wanted something fast and Chipotle was close. My wife tried the QUESADILLA, cheese in a Flour Tortilla with your choice of meat, sofritas or fajita veggies and three included sides. Just OK. I ordered the BURRITO BOWL, choice of freshly grilled meat or sofritas served in a delicious bowl with rice, beans, or fajita veggies, and topped with guac, salsa, queso blanco, sour cream or cheese. I chose their special, smoked brisket. Just fair.

I very rarely eat at Chipotle. Today, I decided why not. I went in and the lady taking my order firstly, addressed me with an attitude and proceeded to give me less than a spoonful of rice and barely any meat. I told her I didn't want anything else and she went on to put a huge heap of lettuce to hide the disgrace she has given me. I voiced my concerns to the cashier and he was very empathetic but in the end I still had to pay the same price and did not receive any more of anything. I'm upset to say the least.

Chipotle's food is a good quality, yet overall the menu of all of its proteins are consistently too spicy for most people despite having such a successful business plan, and because of it, it is absolutely terrible for kids unfortunately. It's a shame because if we're given a choice of spice or no spice, they would probably double their revenues and earnings. A perfect example is Cuban food has a lot of flavor... but no spice. Point Made.
