I ordered a bowl with white rice and chicken and the gentleman proceeds to put black beans in my bowl. I told him I said no beans and then he scoops the beans out instead of making a new bowl. I asked the lady at the register if they had the chipotle brand tabasco sauce and she challenged me and said it should be over by the drinks after i had already looked. Lastly I got a water cup and they didn’t have water. Three strikes you are out. I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle

Come here all the time and always love it. Went today for the Bogo promo they were running and with a line wrapped around the restruant they did a great job and moved through the line super quickly. Great job everyone!

I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. One employee, heaven, stood out negatively…she was loud, making personal jokes that weren’t funny, even cursing while customers were waiting. She didn’t acknowledge me or the people waiting for their orders at all, and it felt like she was ignoring everyone in line. When it was my turn to order, she didn’t ask me what I wanted and just grabbed a bowl. Since she hadn’t asked me, I didn’t know she was waiting on me to tell her what I wanted and I kid you not she said “Do you want me to make your food or not”. It’s not what I expect from Chipotle or anybody in the customer service industry, and although i continued with the order I left feeling pretty frustrated.

Anyone else sick and tired of the small chicken or other protein portion? Tired of having to ask the hourly employee to add some more meat? Im done eating at Chipotle. It's very annoying to have to ask for more meat every time and get a bad attitude instead of a smile and thank you.

Stayed away from chipotle ever since the E. coli outbreak. (google it.) went in for the first time in years last night at this location, had a chicken bowl. The chicken was spicy to a degree that I couldn’t eat it. The portions were smaller than I remember as well. Shrinkflation? When I asked a staff member about it I was told that it’s marinated that way… Should’ve stayed away, not going back again.

Terrible service. No care here at all. The line was just piling up and they are moving food and the entire condiment cooler out of the way so they can clean and making customers wait. Just took me 20 minutes to get a bowl and there was nobody in front of me. The employee made my food while speaking out loud about how he hates it and they need to shut down the store
