Dry family friendly- we love this place for adults and grandkids

My family and I love this location. It's spacious, the bathrooms are spotless, and the food is good. Most games are usually in order. If you go when it's really busy, it can get a bit hectic, but I can't fault the establishment for that. It's the nature of the business. If you go when it's not busy, the atmosphere is great. :)
They have a Kid Check system where, when you enter, an employee stamps your and your children's hands with a(n ostensibly unique) number in invisible UV-activated ink, which is nice. As you leave, they are supposed to check to make sure your numbers match. That said, the last three times I've gone, there hasn't been anyone at the exit checking stamps, and my kids and I just left without verification, which kind of defeats the purpose of the system. I don't know whether the exit Kid Check policy varies with occupancy and/or time of day or if this was just oversight. If the latter, I would prefer to pay higher prices for there to be a dedicated Kid Check person at the exit, because it isn't feasible for the people working the counter areas to also be able to enforce Kid Check exits. It could also be the case that at a certain low occupancy they rely on visual recognition by the employees rather than hand stamps, and if so, that seems reasonable. I know that the responsibility of watching one's children in a public place falls on the parent, but it would be nice if the policies regarding Kid Check were a little more consistent.

My kids love coming to this Chuck E. Cheese. It is a main stay in Our family entertainment especially over the summer when It’s super hot outside. It’s a good option. The food is delicious, I’m a huge fan of their salad bar. I have two boys age 6 and 11 and they still enjoy coming here and I hope they continue to do so for a little while longer because it’s a great option. I have a monthly pass and it makes this option affordable in a way. I never thought possible I highlyrecommend it.

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and the entire experience was amazing! The booking process was seamless — Alene, the store manager, walked me through everything and helped us choose the perfect package for the number of kids and what we wanted. On the day of the party, everything went even better than expected. Our party host was fantastic, super attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kids (and parents!) had such a great time — two moms even signed up for memberships, and another child already has their birthday booked for next month! Highly recommend this location for an easy, fun, and stress-free party.

They will nickel and dime you in front of your small children. Came here for a birthday party. They let the kids play on the trampoline and playground. Then half way through, the rules magically changed. Now the play areas aren't included. Like my 4 year old understands that. Not coming back here anymore.

I called on 10/9 around 6 PM with a simple question about how the time slots were divided, since the website kept crashing and showing a 404 error when I tried to select a time slot. The woman who answered the phone was impatient and rude, acting as if my question was unreasonable even after I explained that the site wasn’t working. It’s really disappointing to be treated that way when you’re just trying to spend your hard-earned money. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at the Boca Raton Chuck E. Cheese, especially thanks to the manager, Aline. Because of the rain, I had to make a last-minute change for my son’s birthday party, moving it from the park to Chuck E. Cheese. Even though I couldn’t book a same-day party package, Aline went above and beyond to help me find the most cost-effective option with a walk-in.
Despite it being a very busy Sunday, the staff still decorated the tables beautifully and made us feel taken care of. They even brought Chuck E. out to sing Happy Birthday, which made the day so special for my son. It was such a relief to deal with someone so pleasant, kind, and professional during a stressful moment.
Aline truly turned what could have been a chaotic situation into a joyful celebration, and I am so grateful for her care and attention. Thank you, Aline, and thank you to the Boca team—you made my son’s birthday one to remember!

Worst place possible! 120 credits for 30$ kids use in 10 minutes, even the bracelet to hold the card is extra, socks are extra, to use trampoline is also extra. Before you start the whole play you down 200$ for 2 kids for only 1 hour play. Don’t even bother! Better go to Skyzone 30$ per month you can stay and play whole day

We always have a blast at this Chuck E. Cheese! It’s so clean and staff is typically very kind. But today we had a hiccup with one assistant manager Kristina about a fruit plate, since my 2 year old only ever care about fruits at Chuck E. Cheese (I don’t let her eat candy), Kristina told us she has never heard of a fruit plate before, and she was the only manager for the entire day so i can’t talk to anyone else about this.
I was being courteous but noticed this young white female is having too much joy stopping me from getting grapes for my toddler lol
It doesn’t upset me, I just hope she finds greater happiness in life than this.
