Doris deli has slipped a bit in recent years. Food quality remains ok, especially baked goods but service leaves a lot to be desired. Some staff seem annoyed they are working at all.
Doris in Boca order a Father’s Day cake on Wednesday wanted an 8 inch cannoli cake was told couldn’t order it no 8 inch anymore only 10 inch so I said to big so order the 7 inch well to my surprise cake was stale the whipped cream on the cake was very dry not creamy at all threw the whole cake out this is a first they are usually fresh but this time very disappointing
Some food items good others not so much. The French bread looked and tasted the same as Publix supermarket. Not authentic. Cabbage rolls terrible. Most pastries purchased were good. Chicken cutlet was good too. Way overpriced though. Won't be back.
