Food & service were mediocre at best. We were a table of 10, the waitress was nice but after placing our orders, she barely came by to see how we were doing or to refill our drinks, including my child. One of our family members’ food came out dry and burnt and the waitress still served it as if that was acceptable. The family members returned it and she got a new one but that should not have been served to begin with. There so many places to eat, this establishment needs to do better!

Great place to watch sports events. It can be loud as a result. The burgers with fries and the fish and Chips were great. Unfortunately the onion rings appetizer was overdone. Appetizer was not originally brought out, so we received it after we finished our entrees. Server was friendly.

Disgusting... A bug was found in the food. I am shocked. It was just crawling around. I thought that the stack of plates they brought out with ketchup in between the 2nd and 3rd was disgusting... That's until we saw a small, round, black bug crawling out of the fries.
The manager comped my meal, and we moved on with the night, but I did feel weird about the replacement food.

They say they give discounts to Veterans but they don't they only give discounts to active military when does an active military member have time to go to Duffy's seems like a gimmick to me. I am a veteran but they said I didn't qualify for the discount. They should not advertise discounts for veterans.
