I went in around 4pm. The young lady was all by herself with 6 customers ordering a range of different items. She still had a great attitude, amazing service and was very apologetic about the wait. I don’t know her name but she deserves praises. And for whoever does the scheduling no employee should be left by themselves as someone who also works in food service. Thank you!

Always a pleasure when my favorite person is working. Unfortunately she doesn't work weekends otherwise I'd be in for a caffeine addiction haha. Mimi makes the best drinks and is so attentive when it comes to doing them correctly! She also makes sure all food is fresh when she serves us!

Amelia was great! If I liked Dunkin before, I love it now. I'll only be coming in to this location on weekdays when she's working mornings! Whatever she makes, She deserves a raise. She went above and beyond. Checked my order 3 times to ensure everything was there, fresh and ready. Also to mention, she's very detailed when explained the differences between certain coffees and refreshers. A raise or a promotion needs to be in this young ladies future! Great service!
