Walked in at lunchtime, no line, only one person behind the counter. We never got acknowledged so we walked across the street to Jimmy John's. Can't fairly rate the food as we couldn't order anything.

Watch out
Sodas are $4
They sell the same soda at the same store for $2.50
Worst of all, they didn't want to refund. After a short discussion, they gave me a refund but kept the tax.

Watch out for this scam

All around nasty. Employee made sandwich the way she wanted to. Asked for turkey, lettuce, pickles and cheese. Easy. Didn’t do it. Food was not good. We split at 12 inch the roast beef made me want to vomit. The tables were dirty. Drink machine was gross. Never again

I usually order from a restaurant twice to give them the benefit of the doubt if I have a bad experience or to see if their service is consistent. In this case, my previously bad experience was consistent. Ordered a holiday sub for a coworker, requested no gravy, no cranberry (because the first experience had the sandwich soaking through the paper). Exact same situation. Ignored the request to not include gravy / cranberry. Sandwich was soaked through the wrapper and covered everything inside the bag. Also ordered tots that tasted freezer burned and were extremely dry as if they were microwaved instead of fried. Will not be ordering from this location again. It's a shame, as a chain, their sandwiches are usually good.

Had 2x sandwiches and soup delivered. The roast beef original looks like Arby's on a better roll. The Cuban was decent but tastes like bbq. Soup was definitely from a can. Don't waste your money. Plus they are in a gas station.

1762 The Original was a great sandwich but the tuna melt barely had any tuna on it. It was like a mayo sandwich. Stick with The Original!

This is by far the worst Earl of Sandwich location I’ve ever visited. It’s inside a gas station in Boca Raton and it’s disgustingly dirty… tables, floors, even the walls were grimy. It was messy and disorganized. Boxes and bins everywhere.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Holiday Turkey sandwich and a combo. The cashier confirmed the order, but only made one. When I politely pointed it out, she argued with me instead of fixing the issue. Another staff member had to step in.

Our small group bought four sandwiches total. Not one tasted like the quality we’re used to from the Disney Springs location. We would never recommend this place.

Food tasted good, except for finding a small hair.... The person preparing the food also used their phone with gloves on
