We stopped for quick breakfast today. This was our first time and we were blown away by the food and service. Arcalys was so friendly and game us so much great information about the menu and other locations. We will definitely be repeat customers!

It's a shame how deteriorated this restaurant is, a loyal customer for ? I don't even remember. The tripe that was the best in all of Palm Beach County is now the worst, a potato soup without tripe and without flavor. The chicharrón was said to be terrible, overheated and old, the waitress was very attentive and helpful as always, to my comment her response was; I don't know what's happening and what I can tell you is that prices went up and quality went down. It's a shame it was the favorite restaurant for me and my family.

Normally, I enjoy the food. However, I placed an order for pickup for three Pollo al Grill meals. When I got home and opened the boxes, all three boxes had burnt chicken. I took photos and called the restaurant, offering to bring the meals back because I could not serve the food to my family. I was told that the manager was not there and they would take my number to have someone call me. No one called. I called two more times and explained the situation and I was told that someone would call me back. I waited two months and called back again. I was told that maybe I don't like dark meat. I said that I have purchased Pollo al Grill several times before and the meat was not burnt. I was told that I could get credit for only one meal and they took my number saying I could go to any location and redeem the credit. Not true! I went to another location and I was told they don't do that anymore. So, basically, I'm out $51 courtesy of this establishment. I was warned about their poor customer service but I didn't listen. Never again!!
