We order the lunch especial at El Balcón en Pembroke Pines
The soup was good but the chicken on both plates wore uncooked properly I told a lady at the time she remove are dishes so at list I can have someone to come and offer an apologize for uncooked food especially chicken
But the only think we got was a bill to pay so we did pay but honestly is not about the money is about customer service I’m so disappointed ☹️
