Fitlife Boca is seriously a lifesaver when I’m on the go and don’t have time to cook while still eating healthy. The food is always amazing and keeps me full without feeling heavy. It was an experience at this Fitlife in Boca and was interested in the tasty on the go meals. Lisa was an energetic employee with a wealth of info on the different meals. My favorite combo was the eggplant Parmesan and veggies.
