Foxtail Coffee Co Boca Valley is a friendly and welcoming spot with a comfortable interior. The staff are known for their sweet and helpful service, with some team members receiving praise for their professionalism and ability to handle challenging situations. Pup cups for dogs are also offered. The coffee is generally praised, with options like a hazelnut iced latte with almond milk and a light, flavorful drip coffee. However, some customers feel that the food is similar to what one might find at Starbucks, as it is often pre-packaged and heated up. The Turkey sausage and egg sandwich was described as average. Despite a few issues with order accuracy and cleanliness, the staff are quick to rectify mistakes, ensuring a satisfactory experience. The café also features plenty of seating, cute merchandise, and fox-themed baked items, adding to its charm. Additionally, there are plenty of milk alternatives for those with dietary restrictions and free parking available. The drive-thru option is also convenient for families, making it a kid-friendly location.
