Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Boca Town Center

Workers acting like we begging them for a treat, girl today want to serve me a regular smoothie with 3/4 cup of shake and get mad because I spoke up about it then laughing with cowerker!!

My daughter and I bought ice cream two weeks ago (we really love this ice cream), but the situation confused me a little. we were charged a double fee (they charged us from the card and said that the payment had not arrived, I paid in cash. At the same time, I showed the seller that the money was withdrawn from the card! Today I came and explained the situation to the sellers, to which the sellers' reaction shocked me, they laughed in my face at the situation (they need to learn how to communicate with customers and it is not decent to stand and laugh in a person's face). I know for sure that I won't come to you anymore. at the same time, I didn't hear any apologies either!!!

One thing that I dislike about this place is that they have the regular cones hidden away, and they gesture to the model of the fancy ones up on the counter like a kind of false dilemma to trick you like those are the kind you have to order for extra money

I recently visited this location at the Boca Town Center Mall food court with my son. He’s quite shy and normally doesn’t speak much to employees at the places we go when out & about. Zayquan came over as we approached the ice cream counter and asked if we’d like to sample any flavors after warmly greeting us. He was so patient and happy to help, and my little boy was all smiles. He still reminds me that he wants to go to Haggen Daz next time we go to the mall so we can see Zayquan “the super nice guy” there. Thank you for making his day, Zayquan! Haagen Daz ice cream is always delicious but the kind service sets this location apart.

Sasha was extremely rude. We waited 10 mins for someone to show up at the stand and she acted like that was totally ok. Never apologized for making us wait. More than 7 people walked away.
I ended up not getting anything from her due to her rude disposition.

What a wonderfully staff, Sacha and Zayquan. Always a great experience. Friendly and fun.. Even though they have to deal with Angry Boca Customers that are rude, they always Handle it well.. please be Nice to these Employees and treat them with the respect that they deserve. They do a Great job. And always a pleasure to see them.

Today I had the best experience while ordering with Zayquan! He has the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered in any of the Haagen-Dazs locations in South FL. I hope the company knows of the valuable and wonderful employee they have representing their store! Thank you for your wonderful service!

I had a very bad customer service experience yesterday, They were are out of banana split and Midnight Cookies. The blonde girl im sure she doesnt wanna work at all was so rude she didnt put hot fudge or whipped cream on the top of ice cream. Her talking only includes ‘no we dont, no we cant” not suggesting anything or smiling a bit. Ice cream was tasty, but I didn’t like my experience at all. I wont go and buy at this location again.

There are two female employees who make every effort to serve the customer. I have great reservations about the rest of the employees. Someone does not return the rest.

This was my first time ordering ice cream from haagen-dazs and the ladies and the male manager was super nice and very patient with me when it came to explaining the menu. They also helped me with the reward program. Even though it was closing soon they were so patient. Best ice cream ever !
