One thing that I dislike about this place is that they have the regular cones hidden away, and they gesture to the model of the fancy ones up on the counter like a kind of false dilemma to trick you like those are the kind you have to order for extra money
I recently visited this location at the Boca Town Center Mall food court with my son. He’s quite shy and normally doesn’t speak much to employees at the places we go when out & about. Zayquan came over as we approached the ice cream counter and asked if we’d like to sample any flavors after warmly greeting us. He was so patient and happy to help, and my little boy was all smiles. What a wonderfully staff, Sacha and Zayquan. Always a great experience. Friendly and fun.. Even though they have to deal with Angry Boca Customers that are rude, they always Handle it well.. please be Nice to these Employees and treat them with the respect that they deserve. They do a Great job. And always a pleasure to see them.
