I had a terrible experience at hooters . I went for a dine in spacial that is on the website. I showed the manager so that the price could be honored since it is a viable promotion on the website. The manager RICH WINTER was very rude and said he is not honoring the price he does not have to go off of the website he goes off of what promo they have in the location.
