This is the worst service and food in town! I am beyond disappointed! From the moment we entered no one to greet, we called ahead, and mentioned it was my son's birthday. I spoke with the manager, a tall black guy, who also had an unwelcome face expression, no response, while trying to tell them it was my son's Birthday and if the waitresses can bring the cake and sing. They just looked at me puzzled. No customer service whatsoever. Our waitress was rude and not attentive at all, did not even smile once. After I asked for the 2nd time if they can bring the cake and sing, I had to go after her as she kept walking, she rudely said they don't do that unless I buy the cake, but 'I guess they will' and finally when they did show up, the table was a mess. She did not remove the dirty plates from the table and just dumped the cake on the table, WITHOUT any knife or any plates to serve it. We took the whole cake home. While leaving, I spoke with another manager there, a short white guy, told him what happened, who apologized at least, said he will speak with the waitress and that should have never happened. But he did not offer any complementary items, which is strange. I am not sure if anything will come of it, or if anyone cares! They ruined my son's birthday! Moreover the food was pretty bad too. I am just disappointed because it was my son's birthday, and we took his friends out thinking it will be fun, their first time here at 17. The waitress was horrible!

As a former customer of this location, I was extremely disappointed with my experience on Super Bowl Sunday. I understand that businesses can be busy on big event days, but turning away customers—especially those with children—feels unacceptable. Instead of outright refusing service, a simple explanation of long wait times would have been more reasonable.
I had been to this place before and always received great service, so this was surprising. Before arriving, I even called ahead and waited over 30 minutes on hold, which I didn’t mind since I was driving there anyway. However, I arrived before anyone even picked up my call, only to be told in person that they wouldn’t take my order.
To whomever it may concern, please don’t turn customers away just because sales are booming. A busy day should not come at the cost of good customer service.
I don’t want a gift card or an apology—I just want you to stop turning customers away.
They charge 99 cents for a side if blue cheese or ranch never told and wasn't even enough! We ordered 29 wings 10 BBQ and 10 buffalo We sat outside which was perfect as I brought my dog but the weather was nice! Waitress wouldn't even talk to me about the extra 88 cents times 2!! Sooo I took it off her tip

Horor, I went to the restaurant with my family to celebrate my son's 17th birthday and we asked on the phone if we could bring a cake, they said yes and when we arrived the service was terrible!!! the young lady didn't smile once, she forgot to bring us two knives and that's fine, but when the cake was supposed to arrive she said that they don't sing or serve if we don't buy a cake there even though they told us otherwise on the phone and when she brought us the cake there were toothpicks on them without plates and spoons nor did she clean our dirty plates from dinner at the table. Shame on you Hooters, the management needs to think about who is running their business and what kind of service they have there, they ruined my child's birthday party.

Not very happy with this place in Delaware Hooters the servers are really friendly here however they seem to not want to be at work, there was no interaction with the clientele!!!!
Spicy garlic sauce is the best. They got the sickest merch too. Highly recommended. Shout out to Chris.

It is the perfect place to spend a lovely afternoon. I've been there with my friends. It was my first trip to the USA, and I thought that this was a place that I couldn't miss. And I wasn't wrong. The atmosphere, the attention, and the food were at the superlative. Maddy was the person who took very good care of us, a very beautiful person with a beautiful smile, a candor that I loved, and a warmth that i will never forget. I will surely return. The best wings and shrimp that I ever had.
Vegetarian options: Why?
Kid-friendliness: The girls were very friendly with our kids.
Great service and food. 10$ chicken sandwich with curly fries for lunch can’t beat it.
