I’ve been using Ideal Nutrition for a while and absolutely love it! The meals taste fresh, flavorful, and never feel like typical “meal prep” food. Portions are perfect, and packaging is super convenient. I like how easy it is to track nutrition and switch up my meals each week. It’s made eating healthy so much simpler — great quality, fair price, and super reliable service. Definitely recommend it to anyone trying to eat better without all the cooking hassle!

Sebastian at Ideal Nutrition always goes above and beyond! Even though I only stop in about twice a month, he somehow remembers exactly what I like and has the extras ready before I even ask. It’s such a nice touch and really shows how much attention he pays to his customers. UPDATED - Excellent follow-up from management!!

Updating to reflect my great experience with management! The regional manager personally called me the very next day, immediately and humbly apologized, and took full responsibility for what happened. He went above and beyond to make things right and to ensure I was completely satisfied. His genuine care, professionalism, and quick action truly made me feel valued as a customer - and honestly, I wish more upper management handled situations this way.

Everyone can have an off day, but it speaks volumes when leadership steps up, owns it, and does the right thing. This follow-up completely restored my confidence in the brand. Thank you for making it right, Ideal Nutrition!

I’ve been a loyal Ideal Nutrition customer for a while, but my initial visit to the East Boca location was incredibly disappointing. Parking with meters was already frustrating, but the main issue was the lack of customer service. I came to pick out three separate orders totaling 37 meals and $336, and not one of the four employees near the counter greeted me or offered help - they were more focused on chatting and joking with each other than assisting customers.

At checkout, I asked them to please bag the three orders separately but keep them on one transaction. The thin plastic bags kept ripping, and I noticed the sturdier black bags used for deliveries sitting behind the counter. Being offered one of those would’ve made a huge difference - both in customer service and convenience - especially since I was visibly wearing a brace for my broken thumb. My car was parked directly in front of the entrance, yet I still had to make two trips to carry everything myself while they continued their conversations. After paying, I didn’t even get a thank you.

When I got home, I realized the meals had been mixed up between the three orders. I really do love Ideal Nutrition’s food, so this experience was disappointing, but I’m glad management later addressed it so professionally.

My friend recommended Ideal Nutrition since I was trying to stick to a specific macros plan. I’ve tried other meal prep companies before, but most of their meals either didn’t taste good or included items I didn’t like.

When I visited Ideal Nutrition, I tried the Shredded Chicken & Brown Rice tray — and it was delicious! I’ve continued to try their other meal varieties, and everything tastes fresh and real, just like I prepped it myself.

The store manager and staff are always friendly, helpful, and hospitable. I highly recommend Ideal Nutrition to anyone looking for great-tasting, healthy, and convenient meals.
