Called prior to check what times they where open just to make it there and realize they have no parking it’s off street parking with meters both meters by business say meters malfunction ran in quick just to see only a very few vegan and break fast options available almost all racks where empty pretty disappointing . Was excited from reviews won’t bother trying again to much hassle .

The food is legitimately the best I’ve ever had in a meal service, but GOOD LUCK with their support because it is by far the most infuriating and God awful most confusing support I’ve ever experienced. I asked a simple request. And what has ensued is 1) request for refund, which was not what I asked for!! 2) no help whatsoever 3) cancellation of my service without me asking.

I’ll be shopping for an alternative service with decent customer support!

I cringe every time that I’ve needed to reach out to them. They never get it right, and what a shame because I love the food.

To Ideal Nutrition, customer support is important. You’re missing the mark here, as I can’t stand not being able to get help when I need it.

I love their business concept and the meals are healthy and delicious. I wish they were 25% larger. I dont mind paying, say, $8.50 for a more filling meal.

Great tasting meals with a good variety. The menu is always changing. The staff are super friendly. Online ordering is convenient. Love this place. Its changed my life.

Very disappointed. I got there 4 minutes after they closed. I drove 45 minutes to get there. No matter how great the food is , customer service it is not great. I am not the first person to say it.

I eat at Ideal Nutrition almost every day.
The food is excellent and trust me when I say I was overweight with over eating and my severe depression.
I focused on eating right at ideal nutrition and walking every day. I ended up losing 60 pounds due to this location and exercise. Every noon and six pm almost every day.
I also reversed my Fatty liver (NASH) from over eating.
There's nothing much else to say other than you've got to try this location and eat this amazing food.

I discovered this place by chance (riding a bike by). I’m so happy I did. The first few I got all tasted incredible. What a deal! I feel guilty about all the plastic waste though. Is there a better solution in the world?

Hi!i had a very very bad service with GABY on the phone,she treated me very rude.They didnt have my meals i spend $140 and she called me saying look we dont have this but im sending chicken instead,and im like ahn????no way i dont eat chicken and she was saying not our fault blabla..i was like its my fault then?LOL and she was very rude.i buy there VERY week. Ur staff must be nice with clients!!!!!

I bought the menu # 8, which l used to buy regularly, but at this time, l noticed after the first bite that they replaced the sheddred chicken for mashed chicken nuggets, Mc Donald style... Bad choice for a store that l used to recommend. No refund. I had to buy something wich was not my best choice. I want to mention that they promote the new one as a new item, but with the same number. Very disappointed. For all consumers, be aware about that.

I have tried over a dozen meal prep services and ideal nutrition exceeds them all. The combination of protein, carbs, and fat is spot on. The meals leave you feeling full without that gut bomb feeling. They taste great and are the best price on the market. I love them so much I drive up from the lower keys every other week just to stock up on my meals for the week. I no longer have to spend all day Sunday doing my meal prep . Kudos to Chef Blair and the team at ideal nutrition. You guys have done it right and if you continue down this path you will have a customer for life! Thank you for making meal prep easy and nutritious!

Jada is very kind, patient and helpful. We use this meal service sometimes and it’s great. The food is good and the portions and prices are good. I just wish they offered salads and more variety. We have to take breaks because it’s repetitive but for the most part this comes in very handy.
