I’ve been ordering meals for about 30 days and I have to say they’re absolutely delicious. Very flavorful.

I’ve been going there for awhile, but something changed, new owner ? Seems the packaging changed but seems like the portion size has two as well for the price. . I think I’ll take a pause from you guys for a while and hopefully one day you guys will get it back.

I loved your food, but I saw that the shelf life of the lunchboxes increased to 10 days, and as far as I know, no meat is supposed to last that long in the fridge! The quality has really dropped a lot. Before, I would buy it for lunch, dinner... now I only eat it if I really don't have time to cook! At first, I remember that the shelf life of the lunchboxes was 5 days and now it's 10... it takes a lot of chemicals for meat to last that long!
The flavor is really good, but unfortunately there is nothing healthy about meat that can last 10 days in the fridge.

The meals are so delicious! I use the delivery function and it’s been great so far. The meals are gratifying and delicious. They are also mostly low in sodium. Compared to similar services like this, in my opinion Ideal is the best!

Called prior to check what times they where open just to make it there and realize they have no parking it’s off street parking with meters both meters by business say meters malfunction ran in quick just to see only a very few vegan and break fast options available almost all racks where empty pretty disappointing . Was excited from reviews won’t bother trying again to much hassle .

UPDATE: Back on track!!! They reached out and made it all good again. I’m so happy because I love their food! Love that they took responsibility and fixed it. Goes a long way!

The food is legitimately the best I’ve ever had in a meal service, but GOOD LUCK with their support because it is by far the most infuriating and God awful most confusing support I’ve ever experienced. I asked a simple request. And what has ensued is 1) request for refund, which was not what I asked for!! 2) no help whatsoever 3) cancellation of my service without me asking.

I’ll be shopping for an alternative service with decent customer support!

I cringe every time that I’ve needed to reach out to them. They never get it right, and what a shame because I love the food.

To Ideal Nutrition, customer support is important. You’re missing the mark here, as I can’t stand not being able to get help when I need it.

I love their business concept and the meals are healthy and delicious. I wish they were 25% larger. I dont mind paying, say, $8.50 for a more filling meal.

Great tasting meals with a good variety. The menu is always changing. The staff are super friendly. Online ordering is convenient. Love this place. Its changed my life.

Very disappointed. I got there 4 minutes after they closed. I drove 45 minutes to get there. No matter how great the food is , customer service it is not great. I am not the first person to say it.

I eat at Ideal Nutrition almost every day.
The food is excellent and trust me when I say I was overweight with over eating and my severe depression.
I focused on eating right at ideal nutrition and walking every day. I ended up losing 60 pounds due to this location and exercise. Every noon and six pm almost every day.
I also reversed my Fatty liver (NASH) from over eating.
There's nothing much else to say other than you've got to try this location and eat this amazing food.
