AlleyCat is a lively restaurant that offers a fantastic dining experience. The service remains friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, although it can be slow at times. The restaurant has an inviting ambiance, enhanced by perfect dim lighting. The menu features a variety of dishes, including excellent 12-piece nigiri, fresh tuna, light and refreshing yellowtail yuzu roll, delicious wagyu dumplings, and tasty mocktails. Recent reviews highlight the amazing brussel sprouts and the crispy rice tuna, which is spicier than usual but very good. The seared salmon roll has received mixed reviews due to the lemon, but the salmon itself is fresh. The carrot cake still serves as a perfect sweet ending. Overall, AlleyCat provides a high-quality dining option in the downtown East Boca area, with phenomenal drinks, unique items not found at a standard sushi restaurant, and standout sashimi, making it an excellent experience for foodies.
