Il Mulino New York - Boca Raton

I am a real foodie, I try every restaurant, and it’s very hard for me to get Wow’d in Boca/Delray. But not anymore. Don’t get mad at me for this statement, but IL MULINO is the best Italian restaurant in the BOCA/Delray area hands down. Johnny and his staff are so accommodating and the food is unreal. You want a chicken parm? Come here asap.. you want an intimate dining experience? Come here. This is not a paid review this is someone who just has the best meal since moving to Boca 3 years ago.

Our second visit to this comfortable, romantic restaurant was not a disappointment!! Food is outstanding, service is impeccable… our waiters including Larry, Julio and the rest of the staff could not have done more…we will be back!!!

We had dinner here Friday evening, and it was a totally successful experience. Our waitstaff, Patrick and Lawrence, were attentive and knowledgeable and provided great guidance for our menu questions. The food was prepared to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal. We called the manager over to express our thanks and Johnny was very appreciative and has such a great personality for his job. We have been here several times in the past but this visit was just fantastic. Thank-you again for making our evening so enjoyable.

If you are looking for a sophisticated and elegant restaurant that serves outstanding Italian cuisine, Il Mulino is the perfect place to dine! It is a small restaurant in downtown Boca Raton that is truly exceptional. Julio was our delightful captain who orchestrated our evening with perfection. My friends and I were leisurely dined, we savored each course, and several hour later, departed thinking about what we may order next time! I am looking forward to returning to my new favorite restaurant very soon.

Il Mulino in Boca Raton offers a delightful dining experience, characterized by its inviting atmosphere and attentive service. Our server, Patrick, truly elevated our visit with his warm demeanor and impeccable attention to detail.

Upon sitting down, we were treated to a delicious starter of fried zucchini and an assortment of freshly baked breads. For our main courses, my husband and I shared the Octopus over Fettuccine, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My sister-in-law chose the Chicken fra Diablo, a dish that packed a satisfying punch.

The Caesar salad was another highlight, boasting crisp romaine and a refreshing dressing that complemented our meal nicely. To finish, we indulged in a combination dessert featuring their exquisite Tiramisu, chocolate cake and cheesecake—all were absolutely heavenly.

They do however add a 3% surcharge to the bill that was unexpected.

Overall, Il Mulino delivers a memorable dining experience with tasty food, excellent service, and a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal in Boca Raton!

My family and I came to Il Mulino for my husband’s birthday. We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Johnny went above and beyond providing us with Fig grappa to cheers. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

We had a wonderful and delicious dinner at Il Mulino. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, the service and food were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the complimentary small bites (such a special touch) and our seafood entrees (Scampi Oreganata, Salmon, and Snapper). The side dishes we ordered (the sautéed spinach and garlic and rosemary potatoes) were just as amazing as the entrees! The thoughtfulness of slicing our shared dessert in three slices was the cherry on top! We can't wait to return and try more of the menu! A special thank you to Henry for taking such good care of us!

The food and service were amazing. We were very surprised at what a great dinner and experience we had. We did the sunset menu which ends this month, but it was worth every penny. We will absolutely go back again.
