Came here because of the good reviews. We ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my daughter, I got the pastrami bomb, and my husband ordered the steak and cheese which was the disappointment it was not flavorful so he ate the first half because he ordered a 12 inch but couldn’t eat the other half for lack of flavor so I asked the cashier and store manager if they would replace the uneaten half and they said no they could add more flavor and did not even acknowledge the way the other have was not proptertioned well and did not have much cheese. Will definitely not return here. It seems making a customer happy will set back this place financially just because they have to make a new sandwich for the customer.

The owners, Tomas and Paola, are wonderful restarauntuers. They have improved their product when they took over Jon Smith Subs. You'll find them to be quite friendly, personable, efficient, and they offer the freshest ingredients in their sandwiches. One or both of them are always on site, which is so important in running a successful restaurant. They do not skimp on the sandwich contents. They have a small team of employees that seem to be a perfect fit to their sub shop. The owners and employees are young, full of energy, and always greet me with a welcome and big smiles. You'll be welcomed and will feel 'at home' with great kindness. If you have not tried this establishment yet, you are missing out on a quality, quick, flavorful lunch. Give them a try. I'm certain you won't be disappointed. I haven't been.
