I have visited this site on multiple occasions and the management of the location is highly suspect. This will be the second occurrence within the last few months in which the kitchen was completely overwhelmed with food taking nearly one hour to arrive. At no point did any manager communicate, leaving the poor wait staff who was doing the very best they could to handle the many complaints that were clearly visible and audible from nearby patrons. Our server Nicole was AMAZING! Food and atmosphere was good. Kinda disappointed the fire pit wasn't on (and it wasn't raining) but they said they couldn't turn it on in rain lol. I would say the prices are high for the potions you get. Especially the cheese curds appetizer delicious but definitely not enough to share.

I made a reservation that mysteriously disappeared. This dinner was a birthday dinner. We didn't have to wait. It's just the point. Also, I specifically asked for certain items not to be put in a dish. They were in the dish. Waiter had complete lack of awareness.
