Loch Bar on Saturday evening was awesome. Sitting on the patio at Sunset, with great weather just hit the spot. The food was delicious, and both the server and manager made sure we were happy. As great as the seafood is, make it a surf and turf! Even better!
Valeria was our server and she was outstanding. My partner and I both have over two decades of experience managing in the service industry (hotels and restaurant's) and we were so impressed with her. Service was super intuitive; she made great recommendations; drinks and water were filled before we could think about it, table was always clean, and she's did a great job keeping us informed about when dishes were on their way. Upon arrival, the hostess gave us a seat way in the back away from any views or other guests. We asked if we could move our table and we were initially told we could not. We asked our waiter if we could move up and he was very happy to accommodate us, I don't know why the hostess was so firm as they were many other empty tables. The food overall was good, the service was attentive and timely
