First and foremost Jessica our server was excellent and a pleasure to meet. She was friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. I was just on Long Island and I have to say the breakfast, lunch and bagels were better here! Fresh food and friendly service, we will be back!

The Eggs Benedict were very disappointing — overcooked sauce, burnt bagel and potatoes, and overly salty salmon. Probably the worst brunch I’ve had. The only positive was the very nice service.

Food is great service and staff are rude. Placed a pick up order and they cancelled it after I arrived and was there waiting to pick up and then told me I had to re order and wait again. Food was good but the staff is awful.

We’ve been coming here almost every day for the last three years. I am a recent cancer survivor and my tongue won’t allow me to eat certain things like tomato, red onions, olives. So when I order a mini nova platter, I’ve asked for something different like a little potato salad which a couple of servers were nice enough to give me. One server, was not so nice and decided to tell me very abruptly. There were no substitutions. Disgusting! Today that server decided to mention it to the owner or manager, even though there was no incident today and I was told I would no longer be able to get my potato salad cause there are no substitutions. The reason I gave Service 4 stars is because we’ve been coming to the same server almost every day and she is wonderful. The server who “ratted us out” should not be in a food service business. The food here is not that great although we keep coming back because it’s convenient and our server always made us feel welcome and at home. Today the manager/owner decided to make me feel very uncomfortable and not care whether she lost our business which by the way she has

I have no idea why it only has 3.9 stars. As a New Yorker, my parents and I LOVED this deli! Great service and the bagels were delicious! I don’t remember one of the hostess name but she was so kind and gave us extra bagels with our order!! Highly recommend this little piece of NY!

I ordered an open faced tuna melt on a bagel. They put the cheese on the bottom and grilled the tuna! YES! THE WOMAN SAID THEY GRILL THE TUNA ON A TUNA MELT! I gave it back and they made a new sandwich. They scraped the black and brown grilled portions of the tuna and put the rest on a bagel that it didn't even cover. Reason.....woman says it's a bigger bagel.
