I placed and Uber Eats order this morning for my birthday gift to me. I never tried this place before. I ordered a Baked Salmon platter and a Pickled Herring platter. Each container was only a styrofoam container. The sauce from the pickled herring leaked completely into the plastic bag all over everything so besides having a mess, I had no sauce on the herring. This should have been placed into a leakproof container. I probably won't be ordering from them again.

My friends and I’s peaceful morning was awfully disrupted when we decided to get some bagels after a sleepover and when we decided to sit outside to figure out what we wanted. During that time, we were talking to each other and looking at our reflections through the window. We were having fun and laughing but didn’t realize that the window was see through from the inside and that it looked like we were looking at the customers inside. We stopped as soon as we realized, but the owner came out VERY RUDE AND ENTITLED to kick us out. This interaction completely ruined our experience and made us very upset, we will never come back and we suggest never going there unless you want to be treated like that.

entire experience was very uncomfortable. My friends and i decided to come and check this place out for breakfast. we sat outside at the bar tables for a couple minutes deciding on what we would like to order. Mind you, you cannot see the inside of the shop from the bar tables as they are tinted. As we walked inside the shop the manager came up to us and said we were “being incredibly rude to her customers.” Supposedly some lady said we were staring at her “rudely” while we were sitting outside when you can’t even see anything inside while you are out. the manager gave us a really rude grin and unprofessional wave as we walked out. If you are thinking about coming here i suggest you don’t, as the customer service is AWFUL and seems as if they will discriminate you based off your age and looks. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Me and my friends had a sleepover and came here for a quick breakfast. We had drinks from another company so we sat at the bar outside. This company doesn’t know how one-way windows work because we were sat for 15 mins just deciding on our order and the owner came out and VERY RUDELY told us all to leave. Apparently the woman sitting on the other side of the window said we were being rude when we literally couldn’t see inside. As a business owner, you should know that your customers aren’t able to see inside from the bar. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Its 2025, grow up and stop profiling customers based on age and appearance.

Terrible treatment. Me and my friends were deciding what to order as we were sitting infront of the outdoor one-way window. As we casually hung out, an upset customer proceeds to mock and make fun of my innocent friend, keep in mind we see nothing but our own reflection through the window. We were completely clueless as the manager started berating and telling us how disrespectful we were. The entire experience was genuinely upsetting, and to think we were going to order... unless you'd like to get bullied and bossed, choose another bagel place.
This was my first and definitely my last time visiting this “establishment.” Before I even had a chance to place an order, the manager came out and started yelling at me and my friends. Apparently, we were being “rude” for sitting at the bar table outside—next to a window you can’t even see through from the outside. The entire experience was uncomfortable and uncalled for. If you’re thinking of stopping by, I’d suggest choosing somewhere else that treats their guests with basic respect and doesn’t discriminate and profile due to your age.

I’ve been a long time customer until now. My friends and I had brought other company drinks and were craving their bagels. We sat outside on the bar and deciding what we wanted. They have a one way window where you can’t see inside but you can see out if you’re in. Just as we were about to place our order the very rude so called “boss” had said to us, “I need you guys to leave, my customer is complaining you are making fun of her through the window. Leave right now this is MY property. You ladies are rude.” We explain that we were just laughing and talking, and that the elderly lady didn’t understand we couldn’t see her but we’re talking to eachother. The owner continued to reprimand us and not even listen. 8 long time customers GONE. I’ll never call this place an “establishment” again. Not mention the place was dirty and run down. The discrimination and profiling is ridiculous.

Bagels are close to Long island only thing they have to cook them more. They almost look raw, if they were cooked more dam pretty close to L.I.

We ate here forever because food was amazing and it was a decent price, but they started changing. First, instead of hashbrowns looking straight off the grill they came in cold blocks. Went there today to get breakfast sandwiches for me and my daughter and my sandwich was cold, cheese was not melted, eggs were cold and so was bacon like it had been sitting out. Didn't even finish my food. I'm disappointed because now we need to find a new place and will not be returning.

Bagels were very large and tasty. Nice ladies at the cash register, quick and courteous. Always looks busy to sit down at lunch but I have only had takeout bagels and cream cheese.
