The NY Pizza Place - Boca Raton

Ordered pizza four times via Slice - first one was burnt, second one cold, third time was double charged and last one went to oven when I arrived to pick up. Can’t win it 🤷‍♂️

Amazing Pizza, this is just not me speaking but my entire family of 5 enjoyed it so much. Friendly staff and priced far more reasonably than many other local pizzeria's. We can’t wait to head back. The Pictures tell the whole story from beginning to end!

Parking: Parking lot right outside the shop makes getting in and out easy!

Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the atmosphere too!

First time ordering pizza at NY Pizza. So disappointed! Pizza was burnt. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The lid was not secure and spilled sauce everywhere.

pizza and food is half decent but horrible customer service. They use third party delivery services that are unreliable. When anything goes wrong just blame the delivery service. They do not care about accommodating customers or making sure the customer is happy. will not order again from them.

This place is an example of how to destroy a successful pizzeria. It was called Manhattan Joe's under previous management, and they made pizza as close to the NYC as you can get in Boca. We were loyal customers for years. Now, the new owners changed something in the recipe, either dough, cheese or tomato sauce. It has become uneatable. My kids, that would enjoy almost any pizza, just refused to finish their Margareta slices, and we threw the rest of the pie into the garbage. What a shame.

I have been to both the one in Boca and the one in Coral Springs, which is their new location. This place is spot on when I tell you that it’s the closest to New York style Pizza. I’ve had since I’ve been living down here and I’m originally from New York. The staff is super friendly, fast kind, and very attentive. The owners are also amazing. So if you like New York style thin crust pizza this is the place to go and it is a must to try the meatballs they are this remind me of my Nonnas!!

First of all, this is not New York pizza. If you're looking for a slice of pizza that's so thin that you could read the newspaper through it, then this is your place.

We were looking for a local pizza place that had New York style pizza and we came across this place in Mission Bay Plaza last night. They’re the only pizza place in Western Boca Raton or all of Boca Raton that you can order a 20 inch pie. They also had a five dollar off coupon online if you place an order of $50 or more so we took advantage of that. We ordered the special and also the veggie pizza. Toppings were plentiful and had a good amount of melted fresh mozzarella! The slices were so huge! And it tasted very good. Definitely gonna go back there again and try their calzones and some more of their specialty pizzas. They put real roasted red peppers on their veggie pizza which Italians go crazy over. The crust was thin and crispy. They said they fly in the dough from Brooklyn. And you can tell it’s real New York Pizza at a great price.

I got really excited hearing that someone was shipping the dough in from New York so I had to try it and was not disappointed one bit. The crust was crispy and chewy in all the right ways, excellent sauce and cooked to perfection. The owner Kelly came over and spent a minute with us and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, completely made us feel at home. Highly recommend, and we can't wait for the new location!!!
