I ordered the omakase and asked them to get creative... I was not disappointed. It was a very satisfying meal that allowed me to sample at least one new fruit of the sea and a few others in a new and creative way... The service was as impeccable as the fish.

Ridiculous. Made a reservation on OpenTable, show up, get seated, and start looking at the menu only to be told that we cannot eat there because we are not members at the resort. When i made the reservation, no where did it say anything about that. I spent hours researching the perfect place to take my girlfriend for her birthday and I could not be more disgusted. Imagine showing up to a restaurant and being told you’re not allowed to eat here. I’m a paying customer so whats the difference? I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

I ate here twice in one week, and both visits were solid. While the place is a far cry from the original Morimoto in Philly, the sushi and sashimi here are all top notch, as is the rice (perfect temp, texture and portion). On both visits, I selected my own nigiri a la carte. Interestingly, my faves were the cheaper fish that were served with the skin on such as shad and mackerel. They even had two choices for sea urchin, which made me very happy. The yellowtail with jalapeno is a starter that you shouldn't miss either. It is definitely pricey but also the quality was there to justify that. The setting is underwhelming, so grab a seat at the sushi bar and eat away!

A solid sushi spot with lots of options. I ordered the Iris combo, which was a pretty good deal ($20 for a CA roll and 7 nigiri) Portions were as expected for a sushi spot, though I was impressed with the amount of avocado they included in the rolls. Service was quick and courteous though not particularly warm.

Best sushi I think I've ever had. The shrimp tempura appetizer was incredible!

We ate ate at Morimoto while a eecnt stay at tje Boca beaxh club. It was ok, but we expected better service and food for the price. Morimoto is in the middle of the hallway by the lobby! Tons of kids running around you and people with their puppies passing by while eating your sushi. Their nigiri was not top level. Don't expect Japanese sushi. It's American sushi, so rolls were fine.

For those of you complaining about the prices, oh my! The small sushi bar is located in a 5 star luxury resort. I asked the sushi master to choose for me. I had the single best piece of fatty tuna that I have ever had the pleasure of savoring! My mouth is still watering!

Great to have a place like this right in the resort lobby. Tuna maki and soft shell crab maki were delicious.

I was very excited to try Morimoto Sushi Bar in the Boca resort. Boy, was I disappointed. Very unremarkable. They were out of 2/3 of Morimoto's special beers, have cheap wooden chopsticks in paper wrapper, I had to request a damp rag for my fingers which turned out to be scalding hot soaked paper napkins that the server promptly took away. I asked for omakase, but nearly all the fish was average at best. The uni was funky and possibly the worst part of the meal. Two small bones along the way too, and I had to grab the server each time to order more beer. But the chef was nice and one of the snappers was delish! Price turned out to be not as extortionate as I thought - $50 for 13 pieces of nigiri and 2 rolls. Still, not worth it...

It's not bad - but I expected more from a Morimoto at the Boca Resort. The seating is pretty cramped and the space itself is small, as well. It is definitely not on the same level as the LV or even Philadelphia location. The menu is also a limited one - it is almost strictly limited to sushi items save for a chicken teriyaki and beef katsu. The food itself is pretty solid - the rolls are fresh and toro tartare is pretty good. Stick with the classics and you won't be disappointed. Just manage expectations with the actual ambiance & seating.

Hands down, the best sushi selection in Boca and maybe the best nearly in the us. Always fresh and always sweet tasting. The chefs are totally amazing and would recommend.
