This is an easy-to-access place where they offer the option to try certain coffees before buying them, especially the seasonal flavors. Of course, you can't try them all, but it's a great service and a convenient option! The staff is courteous, patient, and helpful (three things that are lacking in many places these days).

These manager is pathetic . The manager doesnt care how many people are in line or how long you wait. He actually spent 20 minutes joking with one couple while the only other person there on a sunday afternoon went through 5 customers in the time it took this guy for one. What a second class operation. Dont go there if you expect a reasonable wait. It wont be and he doesn’t care

Lovely nespresso boutique. After many visits and trying friends nespresso machines. I finally have answers to all my questions.The original line is the small machine and it only makes espresso coffee with lots of different pods and flavors. Coffee costs much cheaper and pods are small so it is easier to store them.The virtuoline has many different style machines. It makes espresso, double espresso, and a large variety of americanos. Their coffee sizes are from 2.7 ounces to 16 ounces with lots of flavors. Each pod tells you how much coffee is coming out so check the labels. You should do the double espresso if you plan to make lattes as the deal is better than doing two single espressos. Lots of these machines come with the frother. Keep in mind that if you plan to make lots of espresso and lattes over americanos the variety of espressos is limited on this bigger machines and you are paying about double for espressos on this machine over the original line BUT if you are replacing your keirug then this machine will act as both your espresso and americano coffee machine.There is also their newest machine the virtuo next machine for all the benefits of the virtuoline and also a very large americano ( 18 ounces) plus some cream to fill your yeti to go drinks or to take it to go.They do recycle all the pods if you return them or if you mail them back. The pods are made of aluminum so you may be ingesting tiny bits of aluminum with each coffee. ?These machines are very convenient for office spaces and to keep counters clean. My favorite are the automatic espresso makers but they are pricey and when they malfunction it is pricey to repair them. The nespresso is cheap enough to just get a new one if it malfunctions. Many people do keep these for years without issues. There is a warranty for at least a year.

My first time here getting my Nespresso capsules. Love the staff, very friendly, curtious and very helpful. I truely recomend this place for your Nespresso needs.

Easy to get in and get out. They have everything set up to keep 6 ft apart from other people and clear acrylic im between customer and associate. Very easy to order and always is fully stocked. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I didn't see anyone sanitize after handling cash or credit cards.

Not knowledgable and not a good customer service.

Very poor customer service. The wouldn't exchange a carmeleto sleeve that was a gift for another flavor. They claimed it was over a year but i received it lead than 4 months ago! Very rude.

Wouldn't offer us a free sample with our purchase.... You need new to train your employees better or replace the girl the past three reviews are about.

I arrived at the front counter and asked for a coffee, I actually know their not a coffee shop but they usually give out samples. Anyways their was a women who was wearing reading glasses who was super rude to me, she said it was for “members only” too bad she didn't know I actually have a family member who is a member and very loyal customer who purchased a lot from Nespresso.!!!! So pretty much the same thing, and from here it shows a lot about their employees, maybe their not getting paid enough! Their awful, I wouldn't even give one star!!!!!!!!!

Today, they were slow and disorganized. Friendliness and nice smiles have disappeared. Maybe because I ordered via their webpage and just came to pick up my order? But I really felt that I was bothering them. Something is going wrong in this store. I'll avoid it in the future.
