I ordered a meal and, as I’ve done many times before at other places, I politely asked for a complimentary cup of water to have with my food. To my surprise, I was told that corporate policy doesn’t allow employees to give customers a water cup unless they purchase a drink. This was disappointing to hear—especially since I had already purchased a meal and simply wanted water to drink while I ate.
I understand that businesses have rules, but this kind of policy feels unfriendly and out of touch with good customer service. Water is a basic courtesy in most restaurants, and being denied something so simple left me feeling unappreciated as a paying customer. When a company can’t extend such a small gesture, it says a lot about how they value their customers.
Because of this experience, my overall impression of the business has dropped significantly. I won’t be returning, and I’m leaving a 1-star review to reflect how poorly this policy made me feel.

I’ll never go here to eat again. I asked for a cup of water and was told, “We don’t give out water cups because people steal soda from the fountain.” I said “I promise I’ll only get water” but they still refused to give me a water cup. So I cancelled our $30+ food order and we went to Blaze. I prefer to eat at places that don’t treat me like a thief.

Super Overpriced and honestly awful food. Their “choose two” is a rip off and inaccurate. Who knew I had to pay for two when it literally says it comes with it. Waiters were very nice.
Love their Strawberry Poppy Salad & wait all year for it!

This restaurant boasts a great, chill atmosphere and vibe, perfect for working on your laptop. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking available, which is a plus. The location is super clean, and the food looks fresh.

Second visit I think It's expensive and the food it's very small portions .I can't believe a small Cup Of Soup was$6.99 and the cup is not even enough ,! What a ripped off. Furthermore if I order big ChptChicken avocado for $12.99 Hardly no Chicken and the bread wasn't thicker like the last visit a week ago,my friends invited us for Dinner and they spent $94.00 and the Cashier mess up the order ,they should listen better .I think the Company should reconsider better prices! I spent roughly $37.00! Never. Again!! Then, they didn't include the free little piece of bread. I was still hungry,too little serving. If I wanted the bigger Soup ,bowl was about $10.00! And probably not even a good serving. Hopefully there is more Places to go and worth paying for the amount of food .
