My wife and I came here again. We each got a large bowl with our choice of ingredients. For my meat portion, I got the lemon chicken and the teriyaki chicken. Lots of healthy food, enough for doggie bags. Good service.

We were in town overnight and found Bolay on a “restaurants near me” search. We like bowls and were interested in the build your own concept. We were greeted as we came in. I did notice several empty bowls that customers had left after eating. It wasn’t the greatest first impression. The restaurant does a brisk business and the servers are efficient in preparing each bowl. We ordered the small which included a choice of white rice, black beans and one other base. Two sides are included. We both chose mushrooms and Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes for the two veggies and lemon and teriyaki chicken. There is a choice of dressings. Ours was more like a ranch. The servers were careful to apply gloves but I did not see any hair nets and some of the female servers had long hair. The price is right: $9.99 for a filling bowl. We would return to another Bolay restaurant.

So happy to find a large vegan menu at this authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Tried the tofu summer rolls and tofu pho, both so tasty. The staff were kind and the restaurant is adorable! Highly suggest

I so not think this place deserves one star. Almost 50.00 for terrible slimy take out order.The " Chinese" fried rice was yellow and tasteless. Beef Brocolli was disgusting.All trashed!!! Do not eat at this place

Finally a Pho restaurant that offers a large bowl of broth with vegies meats and extras. This is what we have experienced in Europe and Asia, Unlike most US Pho spots that serve small "rice bowls" skimpy on the broth. Recommend.
Had a fantastic experience in this place with my kid. The food arrived fast and the service is just great. Prices are convenient.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. No sweet/sour sauce provided. Shrimp and lobster sauce was inedible. Go anywhere else; it has to be better!

Great quality and delicious food! Highly recommend. We ordered the cashew shrimp, steamed dumplings and general tso’s chicken. Everything was great, but the cashew shrimp was the best I’ve ever had. Will be back!
