The vegan pho soup is so delicious. Lots of fresh vegetables and probably the best vegan soup broth I ever tasted. I don’t think I could ever come close to replicating it at home. You can also add chicken or tofu to it and it’s delicious. My husband jokes it’s the only takeout I ever want to order! Happy they are so close. Hope they do every well.
It was our first time trying this place because I have never tasted pho ? before so we decided to give this place a try. It was an authentic cafe. My top favorites were iced Vietnamese coffee and meat baguette sandwich. Coffee was strong and smooth with right amount of sweetness, better than Starbucks ? and meat baguette sandwich was unique and a delicious bite of freshness and crispness due to fresh veggies inside. Service was amazing. Super friendly staff. Food came out super fast. I took a lot of recommendations from the young lady at the front, and they were all perfect.The Vietnamese coffee is highly addicting, be careful. I did a mix of the brisket and rare beef pho, and I basically stuffed my face. Amazing spot, straight up.
