I respect anyone's work, but if you don't want to do it, quit, quit, someone needs this place more and he will appreciate what he has!!! Lunch at Polo, if it weren't for the chicken, it would have had one star at all!!! The chicken is fried well. But the hall is very dirty, there is garbage and leftovers on the tables, the staff is sitting and talking at the table, hands stick to the table, it's dirty. If the hall is so dirty, it must be in the kitchen as well, it's kind of scary for your health! For now, I will bypass this particular institution.

Very poorly managed location. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while the staff stood around and talked. Only to find out that they were out of half the sauces and only had salsa. The manager was busy working the grill. Another customer complained about waiting 20 minutes and she said we're trying. It shouldn't be that hard to place the grilled chicken rice and beans in the styrofoam container. There is no teamwork with the employees everybody is doing their own thing reaching over everybody's food instead of working as an assembly line. The food is average Pollo grilled chicken. You would think with five employees and a manager they could handle the eight customers in line. The manager should be supervising and not adding to the problem I reached out and contacted customer service as they had requested. Spoke to someone who assured me I would be hearing from the district manager within 24 to 48 hours.. that didn't happen at all. It just goes to show got another restaurant has gone downhill due to poor customer service and lack of supervision.

09/25/2024 Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler while i was in the drive thru he is the nicest employee that i have meet here at this location i have been coming for 15 years and so far he the nicest. ----------- Food was great. They have remodeled the place a little for the customer
