Best Pollo Tropical location with attentive owner managing and patient, pleasant, customer service oriented staff. It is fast food, so nothing special with ambiance but it’s always clean and friendly staff. Drive through service is also great. Tonight we were asked in drive through if we’d prefer to wait for new hot fries rather than scoop the older ones ☺️(so unusual in drive thru especially where it’s easy to dump the old ones in the bag.) staff member brought them out to the car said hello to the kids and got the whole order and sauces correct. This is our go-to fast food joint in Boca. They have great family deals - We especially love the yellow rice & cilantro cream sauce!!

This is the best Pollo Tropical I have ever had. They cut the chicken for my half chicken, rice and beans, FRESH. Not like the one by my house. Asked for one of every sauce and some chimi churry and the gentleman didn't even hesitate. Thank you for a delicious dinner and for complimenting my suit!

This review is for Sophia in the Boca store on Federal. She five star all the way and should be in the talks of being manager. The way she handled a very confusing situation on her 3rd day was very impressive. She held her composure and accomplished a good customer service experience. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I visited this location for the first time since I moved to the area, the food was fresh and I didn't have to wait more than a minute or so to receive my order, I believe the women that spoke to me as I entered the location was the manager, she was friendly and greeted me with a smile that made me feel comfortable to be there. I think her name was Mariella. This will be my new go to place when I want fresh food when I'm in a hurry or any other time. Oh, by the way the restaurant was spotless.
I would write 0 stars if I could I’ve had a long day trying to get food service was completely awful lady was extremely rude and disrespectful spoke to me like a child. Beware of her management too completely sad and unprofessional do not go here. Would not take my order had me waiting for awhile completely ridiculous corporate needs to be involved.

The food is good, but the Customer service is bad. When someone come to the driver through, “you suppose to say welcome to Pollo tropical, how may I help you? Soon I say “hello”, the response was “can i help you” that's is unprofessional, such person should not be working here, I'm paying but I feel I'm begging for the food, and the guy there usually do a great job, the lady voice is the unprofessional one

I want to start off by saying I love pollo tropical and have for years. Now on to this review. This location is hands down one of the worst locations I have ever been to in my life. For starters, the lady working the drive through barely has basic communication skills. I’m not the type to say stuff like this but if you can’t speak or understand English fluently, you should not be working at a restaurant! Trying to order through the box was the most painful experiences I’ve been through. It took almost 10 minutes for me to order three items. Eventually the lady said just come to the window. Once I got there she only had two of the three in. So I then had to go through the whole order again, the whole time she kept trying to cut me off and was not helping whatsoever. We finally get the order correct (or so I thought) and she tells me to pull forward past the window while it finishes up. About 5 minutes later I hear someone yelling and see the lady waiving her arms at me trying to tell me to reverse through the drive through lane. Once I got back she asked me to repeat what drinks and sauces I had (for the 4th time). Finally we get the food and surprise the order was wrong! At this point I’m thinking this has to be intentional because there’s just no possible way we went through everything an asinine amount of times. I would rather drive 10 minutes north to Linton rather than go through the torture I just went through.
