If you are seeking a culinary experience in Boca Raton look no further than sunset sushi. The Fish is flown in weekly from the Toyosu Fish Market in Japan and climate controlled. Edomae style with delicate vinegar rice and every seating offers a slightly different menu. For anyone that loves Sushi your life will not be complete until you try Sunset.
Hands down the BEST sushi I have ever had!!! Once you have had sushi here, you would feel as if all the sushi you had in the past was a big lie 😂 The services are also incredibly wonderful!!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!! Would recommend to ANYONE ❤️👍🏼

Based on the reviews, Sunset Sushi Omakase is a quaint sushi bar with 12 seats tucked in AlleyCat. The fish is very fresh and the ingredients are high quality. The service is excellent. The sushi chef, Juan, is an excellent sushi chef who is extremely friendly, accommodating of preferences, and provides good banter. The food selection is enjoyable, with thoughtfully prepared dishes that have a great balance of flavor and presentation. Specific highlights include the Wagyu beef, described as CRAZY DELICIOUS, and the Macha donuts for dessert, which are to die for. However, the 18 course was a bit tuna heavy, lacking in a wide variety of Japanese white fish, and had no uni. The rice was a bit too firm. The decor could use a tiny bit of updating, but otherwise all good. A bonus is free parking on the back.
