Where to start. Overpriced, but it is the mall. Sallty, overcooked chicken, undercooked fries and the absolute worst, no refills! I spent $23.00 for 2 combo chicken and you can't refill a medium coke? Really? Never again. The employees where nice, so you have that.

To the owner, instead of offering your apology to everyones negative experiences with your staff you actually DO something about it.

Ordered an hour peviously on the app for pickup, went to the counter to pick it up, got the news thst they ran out of chicken. How the hell does a popeyes run out of chicken. This is just dissapointing for the establishment, and had to wait for an hour to hear about this. Terrible service.

I came to eat with my husband we wanted all the dark chicken and the guy who was at the cashier was nice but the manager doesn't want to work, he literally just said he wouldn't do it and forced us to take two pieces of spicy chicken, then they told us that there was no salad and instead of at least making the chicken as I asked I had to choose something different. Very lazy, they need a change of manager, I'm also a restaurant manager and everything is bad here

I stood online for ten minutes and when I went to order the cashier refused to help me and pointed to another cashier to help me.I told her I just saw your ring up the persón before me. They told me I had to wait in line again and they hardly speak English.I guesss because I am a white woman and not a black Haitian one they didn't want to serve me.This is a huge problem in South Florida with whites being discriminated against my Haitian workers.I will never eat here again and the store mgr.was no where to be found.I am lodging s complaint with the BBB.Disgusting

for being a mall version of Popeyes, they do a great job. This is always been my children’s favorite restaurant. they think it’s cool to go shopping and then get Popeyes too.

Mayo was amazing! The customer service was exceptional; something that can be hard to find these days! The food was fresh. I have eaten at a number of Popeyes across the country as I travel for work…this has to be one of the best I have ever dined at!

The manager Edgar was very nice and welcoming. He offered me the student special for only 9 dollars, and this store is the only one I have been in that offers discount to students who show their student ID.
