for being a mall version of Popeyes, they do a great job. This is always been my children’s favorite restaurant. they think it’s cool to go shopping and then get Popeyes too.

Mayo was amazing! The customer service was exceptional; something that can be hard to find these days! The food was fresh. I have eaten at a number of Popeyes across the country as I travel for work…this has to be one of the best I have ever dined at!

The manager Edgar was very nice and welcoming. He offered me the student special for only 9 dollars, and this store is the only one I have been in that offers discount to students who show their student ID.

I recently was in the mood for some Popeyes chicken. There are very few around, so I went to the one in Boca. I was greeted by a friendly young man, Bridghy who assisted me with my order. I wasn't really sure which combo I wanted so he patiently explained my options. Clearly he enjoys his job. When my order was ready to go, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Edgar who checked my order thoroughly, made sure everything was satisfactory and genuinely thanked me for choosing Popeyes. Look, please remember if you are dissatisfied with the flavor or prices - it's a chain. They have to adhere to the corporate guidelines. Take it up with their corporate offices. This isn't a five star restaurant. How about cutting our fast food workers a break? Ask yourself 2 questions, A) Would YOU want to do that all day long? B) Could you survive on such low wages?
You never know what burdens people carry. Show some kindness.

The most disgusting Popeyes chicken I have ever had. It didn't even look the same color or was breaded like any location I have ever been to nor did the sides taste the same.

My recent visit to Popeyes at Town Center Boca Raton was disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, with the manager being particularly unpleasant. He seemed frustrated and unhappy to be there, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

On top of that, the service was slow, and my order took far too long to arrive. Overall, the poor attitude of the employees and the long wait times made this visit quite frustrating.

It's genuinely sad to only see bad reviews, I'm a regular on this specific store and I always get a good service, the food is always good and hot, it's given to me fast and complete.

We order online but the server is crazy. They keep asking the name online and ignore my order information even I showed them the details. This is the first time that I have ever this terrible experience.
