The guy who looked like the manager shouted at the employee and the customers. Not only did the food come in a tiny portion but the rice was raw. I have never seen a manager be so disrespectful to customers. I don't know how they haven't closed their doors yet because the service is terrible. I gave it a star because I have to because it doesn't deserve it.

Food was old not good hard as a rock. Don't eat there in town center mall in Boca Raton Florida. I will not go back and I want my money back. And you can't call them there telephone # is disconnected what type of business is this. $14 that I paid in the trash unbelievable I'm so upset. Don't go there. Go to another place.

Even though this is a mall location and its small service here is crazy. Biscuits don’t come with combos (insane) so you have to pay extra for it and even if you have a fountain drink and you want water instead of soda they charge an additional.54 cents which is crazy.

The order was correct but I feel 10.00 for 6 ounces of mashed potatoes is an absolute joke. If this was meant to feed a family of four hands down KFC is a better deal. Pricing is way out of line with other chicken establishments. Its fast food not sit down service.

Every time i give them a chance thinking they have original chicken i stand in that long line with one cashier and everyone else just standing and staring at you. Then when it’s my turn to order they say they only have spicy and ask do i want it after i just told them i don’t eat spicy chicken. And I’m not understanding why they only have or only making Spicy Chicken when it’s not busy to have all the chicken sitting under the warmer and it’s only Spicy chicken…

Tried to order a single spicy drumstick but they only had regular. Would be 15 minutes to get a spicy leg... Also ordered a biscuit but they have no sides of butter for the biscuit... I asked for butter when received my order & he replied yes, it's in there... Nope.
Popeyes inside the mall. It's in the food court. Prices are inflated, but not surprised since you're in Town Center Mall.

Popeyes always has great food and yes most people complain about anything from service to taste. This Popeyes fails at both as well as overcharges you because they think we are all d**** Inflation is real and this Popeyes location is taking advantage. $15 for a combo meal and they never make it correctly. It also comes with a small drink filled with ice and you pay more money just to refill it. Honestly just go to Chick-fila, the service is better, they have Cherry Coke, unlimited refills, they get your s*** right, the prices are reasonable and the people actually give a f**k about their job.

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is located in the food court of the Town Center at Boca Raton mall, however this place definitely has some customer service issues and I advise caution before eating here. I love friend chicken and eat at the other Popeyes in town about once a month, so when this opened, I decided to give it a try.The service is slow and the staff is not very friendly, but I would be fine with that if the experience was good. When I placed my order for a 2 piece combo with white meat, they said they are out of wings, which on a Saturday seemed unusual, so I substituted a thigh. I also had the mac and cheese as a side and large Diet Coke for a grand total of $13.79 After a bit of a wait, my food finally was ready and I went to one of the mall tables and sat down. The chicken was rather on the dry or over cooked side and just seemed like it was sitting around for awhile and not so fresh. The mac and cheese was actually very tasty.But my issue really was with the large Diet Coke cup that was filled 75% ice and 25% soda, so after a few sips, I had an empty cup and walked to the counter to ask them to please fill it up for me. That is when the server snapped at me and said there are no free refills and wanted to charge me $1.29. So I politely said my cup was at least 75% ice and showed them the cup for proof and said the cost was $3.99 for a soda and this policy was ridiculous. So I walked away and went to Chick-Fil-A to order a Diet Coke as I know they offer free refills and offer outstanding and friendly service.So, if you want are in the Town Center Mall, I advise skipping Popeyes and go to Chick-Fil-A as they offer better food, better drinks, far better service, and the prices are much lower.

Maybe the worst Popeyes I've been too, the food literally taste as if it was left out overnight and just thrown back under the heater. Super rubbery weird textured shrimp and chicken.
The store number they have is disconnected how the hell are we supposed to call if we have an issue with an order?
