Nike is the best sommelier, she always help us on making the better choices. I have tried a few different options on the menu and the pasta with shrimp is by far the best. The lamb cavatelli is also a good choice.

My group occupied the private dining area for a birthday dinner. The food and wine were both top notch. But let’s give a round of applause for the service. The ladies who waited on us are the reason I’m leaving this review. They were so patient and kind. We will be back!!!

Staying at the hotel and went here for dinner - Olive Garden taste, with Carbone pricing. The quality and taste of the food was all entirely disappointing. Stale bread, mushy pasta, etc.

Popped in for dinner at Principessa at a work conference. Wonderful dinner (rock shrimp dish was outstanding) with exceptional service outside at the Bar... many who aren't staying at the hotel may miss this spot but should put it on the list. Great vibe, ambiance, and food.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. Although the choices on the menu are very limited and the service was weak. First out of the appetizers two of them were unavailable which left you very little choice. From the time we sat down to the time we got up and we're finished was 3 hours. We waited over an hour for appetizers and the restaurant was not full. Portion size and quality of food were good but not great and did not warrant the prices. The waiters and waitresses do not understand proper etiquette in a high-end restaurant as the guests that I invited had asked for the check and without asking me the waitress gave them the check. I was not at the table and my wife was at the table and noticed this happening and questioned the waitress and said please do not do this she ignored her and did it anyway , this is unacceptable as I was a guest at the resort and was not asked before they executed. I complained to the manager of the restaurant but his words to me was well your guests gave his credit card first. Again was not at all impressed with this restaurant.

I'm staying at the hotel and made a reservation for dinner at reception. They couldn't find my reservation. They had 6 free tables but didn't want to give us one table. For more than 1 hour 3 tables remained free in the restaurant.

Party of 6 and the delivered the food for 5 of us at the same time but the missing meal took quite a while to come out. (Which was the same pasta dish as another in our party). The food that came out was excellent. The tardy pasta came out - but was crunchy versus a slight chew for al dente. Same thing with the second try. My daughter ended up eating the rest of the other person in our party's dinner that had ordered the same thing since it was cooked to perfection. We had gone to celebrate my moms 80th bday and her meal she was planning on taking home was graciously given to her granddaughter because they couldn't get the pasta out tonight properly. A manager didn't come to the table to apologize which I was just really disappointed about. When someone's meal is delayed, then cooked improperly as well (twice) it really impacts the vibe. Disappointed. We decided not to stay for dessert and coffee and cut our losses. Definitely could have understood the cooking issue but definitely a fail at the manager level.

Had a disappointing experience for a special night. They do not know how to cook meat properly. They served a small chewy well done veal chop and then the manager gave me a hard time to make a new one so I didn't eat a main course. I was then overcharged for gratuity since they included the veal in their 20% calculations and couldn't figure out the math, after waiting a while I just left. The highlight of the meal was the $25 Caesar salad that is $15 at Parm in NYC (same exact salad).
