This is traditional Neapolitan pizza. If you've been to Italy you know. It is the closest you will get to having pizza from Italy in Boca Raton. With their double zero flour that makes their dough light and chewy to their sauce and cheese - they are using top ingredients. My margarita pizza was perfection!
