Pretty disappointed, we go to the raw juice on military quite often and it’s always incredible. Was expecting the same at this location but the OMG protein bowls were complete mush, like soup, and really not eatable. Hope this was just a one time thing but we’ll be going to the one of military for now on.

Raw Juce I love you. Not only are the bowls and smoothies are incredible (they even put extra granola at the bottom of the bowl!) but everyone who works at this location is kind and welcoming. Would love to see more locations pop up in the Northeast!

From the moment we walked in we were super impressed by the customer service. We were greeted asked if we have been there before and if we had any questions. The young girl was so kind and helpful. Additionally our Smoothies were delicious. Yes it is a little pricey but you can tell the ingredients are high quality.

If you encounter a clueless person at the counter, taking up time with indecision, either open another register or politely inform them you need to assist other customers and will return shortly. On top of that, the staff is rude—when you say thank you for a bag, they don’t acknowledge it and just stare. Horrible customer service. The place feels sterile, like a hospital, with no atmosphere. They don’t care about time schedules or customer time constraints. However, the food is good. If you have plenty of time and don’t mind the lack of ambiance, give it a try.

The staff was super nice and very accommodating. I am on dialysis and have to watch potassium intake and they were patient and answered all questions for me. They also made my smoothie the way I needed it to be down to the very last banana piece. Thank you ladies!
