Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi

The food was very good the Service was not we always get the same waiter and she’s so nice and then we got a different server and she was rude so we were just sitting down. we ordered our food and then she was so rude like she brought the wrong sauce and she was pretty mean at the end and I wish that we got the same server but no, we got a different server but she’s so rude and she kept serving the hot plates of food over my mamas head instead of putting plates properly on the table.

This is my new favorite spot I absolutely love this place the atmosphere is calming and customer service is amazing raising the bar high for me wherever I go the bar tender was absolutely wonderful definitely would recommend coming here.

Delicious fried rice w/ unique sweet and savory flavor, friendly waitress, bussing services is a bit loud with dishes and cart rolling and my mug had a kissmark. I explained that kissmarks belong on my face. 💋

We ordered two Lychee Martinis, a JB Tempura Roll, Crispy Bok Choy, and the Calamari to share from the happy hour menu.

The Lychee Martinis tasted like Vodka and Lychee juice. The JB Tempura was mostly cream cheese and tempura batter, and the fried calamari was cut into strips and dusted with a seasoning that completely contrasted with the other flavors of the dish.

We ate a couple of pieces of the calamari and two pieces from the JB Tempura Roll and did not enjoy either. We normally don’t return food, but we were not happy with the quality of the food at all and asked for them to be taken off the bill.

The Manager came and refused to take both the JB Tempura and the fried Calamari off the menu because “she couldn’t re-sell the food.” I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade and have never seen a place refuse to refund the customer that barely ate the food because they “couldn’t re-sell the food.”

We didn’t fight her on it and paid for the items they left on the bill.

We personally will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone moving forward.

One of our favorite sushi places and by far our favorite Hibachi! We’ve been here 30-40 times now- and never leave disappointed. Highly recommend!

Everytime I've ordered online or had an Uber pickup the order has never been remotely close to being done by the time they say it should. This was when there were a total of 8 people in the restaurant by the way! Unacceptable!

We always loved the place, either for lunch, happy hour or hibachi dinner, however, having a full understanding of necessity to save on personal expenses, place crossed the red line. My lunch costed me a dry clean of my not at all cheap dress since waiter spilled tom yum straight onto my dress...They even did not apologize or offered to cover dry clean expenses.

If you wanna sit on a strangers lap, eat barely cooked veggies and rush every aspect of this experience this is definitely the place to go! I understand hibachi tables are shared and everything like that but if I wanted to go to the bathroom I’d have to ask the person sitting at the other corner of the table permission to let me out. The only good part was the steak was delicious.

I had a great dining experience! The host Jason was so kind and helpful and had me seated almost instantly.
