Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi

Great happy hour! I think between two people, we ordered 10 things. Everything was phenomenal. I ordered fried rice to go, and that kept really well until the next day, still delicious. We had a male waiter last time. I didn't get his name, but I will edit this when I go back. He was so helpful with the menu and checked on us often enough to be present, but not too much. I would go back in a heart beat.

DONT GO HERE! Let me say, I had a martini and when I went to drink it I notice there was oil in it. I drank it thinking it was lychee juice, I look up and see grease from the grill DRIPPING IN MY DRINK. The manager did nothing about it and did not comp and of my meal. The food was unflavored the cook did a horrible job. Worst experience ever seriously

There’s no reason a restaurant needs to charge $10 for a house vodka drink, well there’s one reason, they don’t care what you think. This place is fine if you go for happy hour, otherwise avoid at all costs, your wallet will thank you.

First time going and the food was great. This is my new Sushi spot. However they should better manage or have some control of the volume of customers ipads or screens. It just ruins the moment.

The food is always amazing and I love coming for happy hour! Servers like Rachel are always very nice, attentive, and respectful, the bar tenders always make the drinks perfectly, and the team of bussers are always kind and quick to clear empty dishes or refill your water. Personally, I prefer the chill atmosphere of the sushi side, but the hibachi side always sounds like they're having a ton of fun!

You end up spending a lot more than you expect. They are charging extra on every little thing.
It was a nice place to go to but not so much now.

So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place. Shout out the server Hector, chef Javier and GM Ouray.

I love the lobster and shrimp wanton soup is my favorite! Sushi and hibachi is delicious here!

We had a large group dine in for a birthday celebration and it was great! The chef was awesome and made it a lot of fun for the birthday celebrants! We really enjoyed the entertainment and the food was great too! We wi definitely come back!

My Favorite place! Sushi is always fresh . Service is outstanding. Best ladies night. Comfortable atmosphere and VERY friendly staff. The manager Ouray always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and well takin care of!!!!

We were a party of 9 for a late lunch and ordered lots of food. Service is friendly and patient (we had 3 kids) and they all received kids menus with crayons and games. Service was fast and food delicious, as always!
