An angel works at the front taking orders and a reliable chef in the back! This bistro is very reliable, and all the regulars love coming here. If you don't want a full meal they have good empanadas and Cuban coffee. Recommend to anyone

I highly recommend Rosina's Bistro. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious and homemade. You can tell that they really care. Working in the building, it's nice to be able to walk outside my office and have such great food at my reach. There are specials daily and they always have pastries available. From empanadas to croquettes to pastelitos, it's all so yummy. They make a very good coffee both hot and cold which I enjoy for my mid afternoon caffeine fix. All in all, whether you work in the building or are close by, stop in and treat yourself to this little bistro that is a hidden gem.

What a great find! Rosina Bistro is a gem right here on Federal Highway in Boca Raton. This is a beautiful and cosy cafe featuring awesome breakfast and lunch options with flavors of fresh seasonal ingredients representing different cultures. Lucky me, in my 40 hours or so in Boca I made it on Latin Thursday and started with an awesome and really well made Cuban Colada and a Guava pastry which was fresh and delicious. I look forward to Italian Monday, Taco Tuesday, All American Wednesday and Deli Friday. What makes this gem even more special is the lovely couple Guillermo and Mayra who own it. He is from Uruguay and she is from Puerto Rico and besides the authentic delicacies they bring this infectious charm, genuine warmth and love. As a first timer in transit I got a welcome like never before. He explained the menu and took me around. Loved the fresh juices( more pineapple less celery or less pineapple more celery in the photos), loved the aroma of the fresh pork from the oven; took me back to my carnivorous ways. They opened in February 2020. Sadly, due to Covid did not reopen till September. Rosina is located inside the lobby of an office building, the Peninsula Plaza at 2424 Federal Highway in Boca Raton. Make that right turn right after Paradise Bank ( 2420 Fed Hwy) and head back about 150 yards to the big parking lot. The Bistro has a chill, mellow and great vibe with nice music and ample seating for 45 plus folks. I urge and request all local Yelp family here in Boca and the area to come out for a great, ultra safe, ultra clean, warm and super tasty experience. We can meet for an impromptu Colada on my next visit. Life is Beautiful and this is a shining example and reminder of the gold in people, namely Guillermo and Mayra. Gracias!
