This was our first trip to Smokey Bones and because of our server Diane, it will most certainly NOT be our LAST! She was kind, funny, gracious, and beyond personable. Not only that, the food was outstanding, the music was rockin’, and the atmosphere didn’t disappoint. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience and can not emphasize how big of a role Diane played in that. God bless Smokey Bones!

Place has gone downhill, and badly, in my opinion. I believe the ribs have half the meat they used to, sides are a fraction of the prior size, garlic bread is now soggy, and yippee, all for much more money. Inflation is one thing, but this place went too far. I will avoid from now on, as there a many places with better food at a better price point. Sad, as we used to love this restaurant.

The food was excellent and the service out of this world. They treat you like family. Don't worry about getting your hands dirty with the BBQ sauce, the soap in the bathroom smells really good and leaves your hands soft.

A reliable go-to for my family. Service is always prompt and friendly, food smells and tastes great, and the dining room area is large and feels spacious, even when crowded. Further, my son has dietary restrictions (severe food allergies) and we have never had an issue with mixed orders, or cross-contamination. Staff matters, and this place has a great team.

The nachos were awesome. The main dish was ok. I got the 2 different BBQ options and had to pay more for the Texas brisket that wasn't that good but the pulled pork was real good and the garlic bread was good tooKid-friendliness: They had no issues with kids sitting at the bar to eat dinner when the establishment was busy
