Don't waste your money..... order a Power punch got a cup of crushed red ice. That's what it tasted like. Just ice with a banana flavor. I always get a power punch at other locations but this place is about useless. Can't even make a simple smoothie and they call themselves, Smoothie kings.... Tropical smoothie is way way better.

Terrible service... Kids working here... Lack of customer focus, suuuuper slow.... 25 minutes to.get 1 smoothie ready.... Only 1 person in line ahead of us. NEVER COMINGS HERE AGAIN!!

1 employee working this Sunday June 11th and he was overwhelmed with orders. Nice guy I’m sure but the manager totally screwed this employee, Set him up for failure. I made my order waited 8 minutes, mind you not one smoothie came out, I went shopping at freshmarket, and came back! Still not ready. It’s not the solo worker fault who seems new at the position, it’s the manager & management. 13$ smoothie I walked away from doesn’t take 40min to make.

To management : EDUCATE your nasty dirty customers to stop polluting out water ways , canals and walkways along Glades rd . Every day we find and pick up your plastic cups that not only pollute but also clog the drains of the lakes and canals during rainy season contributing to flooding in some areas . DO SOMETHING

I went in to this place stood there and was never knowledge. It was only me and another customer, it took to long for me to order and be out. I will never be going to this location again. NEVER!! Maybe if I looked different that would have made a difference

This places should be shut down. The manger there she very rude I work there for 1 week , she told me she had to lower my hours because she didn’t have enough money to pay me. They should shut this place down she always come to work high and on my days off she would call me to cover for her. And she would yell and scream at the customers. Poor service

I don’t usually leave negative comments but my experience today at this Smoothie King warrants it. The lady working in the store is incredibly rude and was berating her employee and me for allowing credit card payment for my order. Apparently there is something wrong with the stores card reader. She went on a rant blaming me for her “losing business” because she had to reboot the system. No one informed the employee not to accept credit cards nor were there any signs posted to inform me as a customer. This woman should not have a customer facing job. She is very unprofessional, rude, and has anger management issues. Needs new management ASAP.

You know what’s weird? I originally had zero interest in grabbing a smoothie from this place after getting an early brunch at the Panera Bread next door. I walked in here on a whim, and it turned out to be a good idea.Let me tell you about this Smoothie King in Mission Bay, Florida. It’s clean, the people there were friendly, and the smoothie they made me turned out to be delicious. That means something, coming from a homemade smoothie guy.As soon as I walked in, Coral greeted me. I suspect she’d have engaged with me further, but for the rush of LA Fitness folk that were passing through and waiting for their drinks. There were quite a few of them in there, but it didn’t seem to affect either Coral or her manager Yesenia.They really seemed on top of everything, working together to make sure as many smoothies made their way out the door as humanly possible, and it worked out. Everyone seemed to leave satisfied, and I heard nary a complaint in the process.Once the line cleared up, it was my turn. Coral was charming, friendly, and surprisingly knowledgeable about even the proteins sitting on the wall behind me as I stood at the register, despite having only worked seven shifts up to that point.Before long, I knew exactly what I wanted, Coral whirled into action to make it, and before I knew it, I had my smoothies in my hands. As a customer, I felt like I had won the customer service lottery with them at my service, and I look forward to returning soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went this am for smoothie suppose to open at 8. Waited until 8:05 other customer waiting outside was complaining about he had been waiting for 10 minutes. I knocked on window. Woman came to door very angry saying what did I want. I said we want to come in don’t you open at 8? She yelled and said NO I’m not ready going on and on about how she isn’t ready very angry and said come in and sit down then if you want swinging door open. I said wow what's with the attitude! Your very angry! We all waited for her to be ready. I was silent she then continued to raise her voice and angrily throwing around stuff as she got ready saying that she isn’t doing ANYTHING UNTIL HER SCOOPERS ARE READY!! on and on I said wow this is so ridiculous why are you so angry and have such a bad attitude! She then said do you KNOW I HAVE THE FLU!! I then walked out.

The people here are so kind and are willing to work with you to make your smoothie the best it can be! Don't come in with the rude all intitled attitude that so many folks do and you too will be able to have a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work young ones!

After reading the recent reviews, why do they still have the same people in charge? The owner must really be lacking. This place have been falling really bad. Smoothies nasty, workers nasty.. If you want to keep your business up and running you might want to reconsider the employees in this place. Too many of the same recent reviews.

Place is absolute thrash. I have had it with them the only reason I ever went there is because it is next door to LA Fitness. They are always closing early which is crazy it's next door to the GYM the owner must be unware of what the employees are doing or just doesn't understand business and should close the store. Hours are posted for a reason you have them posted on the door and online if your not going to honor the store operating hours change them to something else. This way people don't have that expectation of leaving the gym or there house and getting a smoothie only to get there and be denied. My two friends and I as well as 2 other people that I saw in the gym earlier were all denied service, the door was locked and the children inside just said we are closed and ignored us, well the store says close at 9:00pm on the door and online but it was only 8:20pm and the door was already locked that's at least 5 smoothies not sold possibly more because the store was supposed to be open another 40 minutes. Makes no sense again this is not the first time they closed early and it's not like there was an emergency as every time it happens there is at least two employees that I've seen in there. They must be a franchise and I am seriously thinking about looking into contacting Corporate Office because this location is giving Smoothie King a really bad name and look for the company.

DISGUSTING LOCATION. From smoothie to the whole building absolutely disgusting. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped all year, the utensils to prepare everything is dirty and grimy. Little fruit flies flying around touching all the supplies. Tried to give me a water smoothie half way filled and told me it’s supposed to be like this, than hands the SAME smoothie to another costumer completely frozen and told her to wait to drink it when it melts and that’s how it’s supposed to be. Absolutely worst location and every time I go it gets even worse. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW but for this I had too. I couldn’t believe my experience. I’ll never go back to this location either. I will be telling others about my experience here as well. Throw the place out and start over
