This location is by far the worst in the franchise. You order a coffee, not even anything crazy, just a coffee from the franchise Starbucks App... and it could take 10 min, 20, min, the other day I waited 28 minutes past the time the mobile app told me it would be ready. Ordering a simple coffee is a total guessing game. I'm trying to get to work, time that, guess how long I'm going to have to sit and wait for a coffee, compared to what time they told me it is expected to be ready... it's a joke. It's not a random occurrence... every single time with this location is a total crap shoot. STAY AWAY FROM THE APP AND JUST WALK IN!

This Starbucks is one of my go-to locations when I'm in downtown Boca. It depends on the day, but I will go inside sometimes but will also use the drive through. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade and no berries and let me tell you, that shiiii was gas. Whoever was shaking that up behind the counter needs a raise. I also ordered a bacon sausage and egg wrap and sometimes most Starbucks don't have that available but thankfully this one did. I almost passed out from devouring it because it was so good I forgot to breathe. Although I fucked with this place heavily, they seemed a little behind which is why I'd give them 4 stars.

Always go to this starbucks when I'm hungover asf (yeah I'm hungover on a Monday sue me) and it's usually pretty good. Sometimes they run out of stuff that I want but I usually end up there pretty late so that's on me. Service is a little slow sometimes but it's Starbucks not the ritz Carlton so it's good like what do you expect. That's it for the starbs review but when I was trying to leave the Starbucks some stupid ass girl in a white suv wouldn't pull up far enough so I couldn't get out into the street even though she had so much room in front of her. Like what the hell are you doing just move up you don't need to leave 2 car lengths in front of you at a red light. People that do this have an IQ no higher than 82 and you can't convince me otherwise. Then the light turns green and she finally starts moving up and I look over and this idiot is on her phone. Definitely wasn't doing anything important on it either. But yeah anyway I just think that's annoying af but thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

I did not do the drive thru but decided to go in and get my order. Everything I asked for -they were out. In fact they told met they were out of it almost everything since 1 pm -this was about 4:00 pm. I'm not sure how you manage a business without having so many of the baked items out. We ended up only with two drinks- acai refresher and passioned iced tea (no lemon). The barista was very nice so I felt bad for her. But I do not think this was a way to work with your customers.

i love starbucks but this specific location is absolutely horrible, every time i go the employees aren't the nicest and my order is always either made wrong or not in stock, yesterday i ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn't tell me it was out of stock until i already paid for it then they asked me if i wanted anything else instead and i said yes and it was also out of stock then they told me i only had one option to order, and they made me pay for the sandwich, and this morning i went and ordered two drinks and one of them had spoiled milk in it and the other was so bitter, i never post reviews but this place is unacceptable.

Pushing all the tables together to make one, big table doesn’t really work once there’s people at each end. Nobody can get in and out of the tables anymore. Made me leave and go somewhere else.Whose idea was that?
My coffee was ready in a minutes, no line for drinks at all. Clean and nice place, stuff is kind and professional.

Hair in my citrus mint iced lemonade tea drink. They quickly remade it! I also had maple honey butter biscuit and kale mushroom bites.
The Strawberry creme frap is a tasty welcomed refresher, even in a scorching florida hot no ac having car day! Not too creamy not too liquidity, perfect balance. They have a drive thru that's kinda packed but moves fast. Outdoor seating, plenty of seating inside. Nice staff.
