The drink was perfect. And my drink was made fast. But it is a different vibe. Nobody acknowledges you. I ordered in store. I was genuinely very sweet to young girl at register. She was nice. It seems the employees are forgetting about the customers in the store all together.
Staff was really nice, even when it's super busy. Parking lot is crazy though
Took 2 times to get the coffee right spent 10 minutes there trying to get the coffee correct from the drive through, then walking in, this should be like clockwork for ya guys, not this long endeavor, so Attention: barista's please don't forget the customers coffee flavors, thank you. Also get the Cold Brew fixed please. Lastly, it seems like the person taking the order today, nice gal but seemed distracted, the order taker should be 100% devoted to taking the order, thankyou.

However, some experiences with the drive-through and in-store service have been less smooth, with occasional delays and less attentive staff. Regarding beverages, the white chocolate mocha was disappointing for one customer, lacking the expected chocolate and whipped cream. Overall, many find the coffee great and recommend the location, though experiences may differ based on the day and staff.
