They need to work harder or hire more ppl. Nobody in rush despite 100ft line.
To be fair you can get good quality drink and comfortable place to enjoy it, if yiu have enough patient to wait

Oct 3, 2025 I ordered the ice matcha. My name is Nutthakan so I go for “Nut” as my nickname and all staffs are making fun of my name over and over. It’s ok to talk in the funny ways but not gossip about customer. And I was tipping for them! Yes I give a tip at Starbucks. I really wish I can take my money back!

Didn’t want to give water because they said it’s against their policy 😉

Why can't Starbucks make a real macchiato?

Asked please for a splash of steamed milk and got a full cup of milk on top of my espresso.

Politely asked a lady to pour out the excess and got some attitude.

Bad coffee, bad service.

This Starbucks denied me of an Ice water to take my meds when he sees me order every morning ( I have receipts) sir by the name of Damian T .

It’s really messed up , I just ordered that day as well.
This is the only location that has ever denied me of water.

When other young ladies asked for water it’s okay.
I felt racially profiled & it’s disheartening I just simply walked away because I knew his intent was ill toward a black woman like myself .

Hey, Starbucks, what's up? I placed an order through the app at 6:32 and received it at 6:55. Almost half an hour for two cups of tea and lemonade? The girl who works today chats too much with other employees. I gave away all the glasses, dirty and stained. Tea is pouring through the top. Is this the norm? Horror and nightmare in such a popular place!

I was buying my coffee at 9:30 AM and noticed the dedication this gentleman, whom I included in the photo, puts into his work. He is kind, but above all, he prepares each coffee with great dedication, even when there are many customers waiting. This is the type of person that we need on costumer service.

On our holiday in the sun, we needed to take a break from the heat, and we found some relief in the air conditioning in this little coffee store where we also enjoyed soe good coffee.

I came in with a pour-over order, and the cashier—who I later found out was the store manager, Damian—absolutely nailed it. I know pour-overs can be a hassle, but Damian handled it with complete professionalism and a positive attitude. Not only did he craft an amazing cup of coffee, but he did it all with a level of courtesy and poise that really stood out. It was clear right away why he's the manager of such a busy store. Truly impressive customer service—keep up the fantastic work!

My favorite drink…Quad iced espresso with extra ice, extra cinnamon dolce topping (powder) with whipped cream in a venti cup….made perfectly by Damian Tully ~ Starbucks Manager Store #11605 @ 6000 W. Glades Road, Boca Raton FL. paired with a warmed Chocolate chip cookie ?, yum!
This espresso ☕️ drink is a staple drink of mine, no milk, sugar or added syrup. The cinnamon dolce powder adds a little flavor and a hint of sweetness.
