On our holiday in the sun, we needed to take a break from the heat, and we found some relief in the air conditioning in this little coffee store where we also enjoyed soe good coffee.
I came in with a pour-over order, and the cashier—who I later found out was the store manager, Damian—absolutely nailed it. I know pour-overs can be a hassle, but Damian handled it with complete professionalism and a positive attitude. Not only did he craft an amazing cup of coffee, but he did it all with a level of courtesy and poise that really stood out. It was clear right away why he's the manager of such a busy store.
