An absolutely incredible experience. The staff was super friendly, very accommodating, and the chefs were super knowledgeable. It was a pleasure learning about the different saki's, and how the dry age the fish to bring out excellent flavor profile, etc. There was a nice mix of both cooked and raw dishes. The A5 Wagyu and Miso seabass along with the tuna variety was delicious.

Definitely a top choice for a special event or celebration.

Reading the reviews from months past, we were very excited to come here for the first time. We expected every course to be different and interesting and well presented. We also expected to be educated by the chef about each dish served. In reality, we did not experience any of that.
