Tonight my family and I went out for a bday dinner for my son at CCF (which had made reservations for days prior) Upon arriving understanding it's busy... no problem waiting for our table.... They stuck us at a weird back table😐... like a party section but it was like totally silent and we obviously didn't request this as it was a small family of 6(us 2, [we're the mom and dad] our 2 kids and my hubbys parents). We got our drinks (we didn't order any alcohol) in ok amount of time... but as our waitress took so much time getting back to us about our food we decided to just get our dinners with no appetizers. We waited for our food for over 45 minutes....and while we were eating they started getting ready for a party scraping tables around... making very unejoyable sounds.... I know you were busy and I try to understand but this dinner was sry to say horrible

Always a good meal when we come. Our waitress was also very kind. She had many tables and you can tell running around but she was extremely efficient and made sure we had sverythign we needed. Food was good as always.

It can be updated a lot. Service was ok, it could be a lot better. I went there for my anniversary my husband didn't like the service and I understand why. The waiter was inattentive to us, so the experience was a 3. The best part was the cake.

Good pad Thai. Crazy busy but the wait wasn't too long. Waitress gave great recommendations and was nice and quick. Forgot to bring me iced tea but it was chill.
Parking: Outside seating was much nicer since it's terraced. Inside was very packed and we kept bumping into people.
Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids there.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had a ramp for wheelchairs both inside and outside

Kai was our terrific waitress this evening. She was so attentive, helpful , knowledgeable and patient. We eat out quite often and in this day and age we seem to never get good service anymore. She needs to be thanked and recognized , she really cared and was genuine. Thank you

Christian was the best server ever! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a nice Friday night dinner at the cheesecake factory and he made it the perfect dining experience. He was quick with re fills, and made great recommendations. Thank you Christian for making it a date night to remember!
Horrible!!!! Came here on 2/4/25 and everyone in my party of 3 got food poisoning. Stray away and keep safe.

arrived at noon with my fiancé and baby. and asked to be seated outdoors. we were immediately told no and that the patio doesn’t open until 12:30. so we settled for a table inside where is was freezing. i stepped out to my car to grab a sweatshirt and walked in to see the family waiting behind us being sat outdoor on the patio. this was not even 2 whole minutes after they told us no. so of course i asked if we could be seated outside, the hosts were flustered and clearly didn’t like that i saw this, and scrambled to seat us outside at the smallest table in the corner. table was filthy. mind you, i’ve never come to a cheesecake factory and experienced anything like this.. it was unreal. the server was extremely nice! food was cold. we dont plan on recommending or returning to this cheesecake factory location.

What can I say, it's the Cheesecake Factory—there’s a huge variety on the menu, with something for everyone. The food typically comes out as expected, satisfying and filling. Service is usually great, with minimal wait times and servers who are attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is a step above casual dining, but you don’t need to dress up. You can never go wrong with one of their cheesecakes for dessert; they’re divine.
