I had an incredible dining experience at The Pots, thanks to Julio and Genesis, who are amazing servers renowned for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their sweet and attentive demeanor. They took the time to explain the menu in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable with my choices.
Throughout my visit, both Julio and Genesis frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect, and their warmth made it feel as if I was dining with family. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making it memorable.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Fresh Avocado Toast and Tomato Bisque, as they were standout dishes that showcased the high quality of The Pots' menu.
Overall, the combination of excellent service and delectable food made for an unforgettable visit. This coffee spot is great and conveniently located in the mall. I love that it’s tucked away, from the busy part of the mall, which offers peace and quiet for those that want to study. Finally something other than burnt coffee in the mall. They offer delicious drink options, and dessert. I ordered the cinnamon latte, and it was a great recommendation since i love cinnamon. We also ordered the matcha and the mint lemonade and it was delicious! The Dubai chocolate cookie was so good, it’s sweet, so it was shared amongst 2 people and it is a must try!

Calm, lowkey, and very friendly little spot (especially for being in the Boca Mall) Lots of great options for bites, coffee, tea, and even drinks! Awesome staff—very quick, patient, and helpful. Love that the cafe's location is kinda isolated; it gives it a good vibe and everything is reasonably priced. Bonus points for its decoration and live plants as well ;)
THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN 💎 GEM I found them trough google, and I spent 6+ hours here at least 3 days out of the week, the costumer service specially of Genesis, Manuela and Julio have been beyond warm and welcoming every time, the place is kept clean all the time, the music is perfect and never boring whoever does the playlist knows how to set a great ambiance, thank you guys this is my favorite coffee shop in Boca! Oh and the food! FRESH, DELICIOUS and variety, also to mention they are so accommodating of some of my weird requests haha it's truly a great place!
