Not bad but could be better I got the Thai tea with mango boba the Thai tea tasted weird

I honestly loved this boba! I love smooth not too sugary flavors. I got the lavender milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. Honestly so good. If you like Sakura and rose milk tea you will love this! I also asked for less sugar and ice! I will say that it is pricey. 10$ for 1 cup of Boba is a little bit exaggerated but I did like it, just not sure if it’s worth it. 🧋

I was seeking a beverage without sugar and my only option was " Green Tea!" I ordered a small, paid the fee despite thinking that was a super expensive "Green Tea!" I just had cataract surgery so vision is not perfect! Upon arriving home I looked over my receipt and was charged a tip without my permission!!! Buyer beware! Deceptive practices! I will report them! Disgusting! This is your job! You grabbed a cup, and turned the spigot behind you! I tip very well when I dine out or if you go above and beyond! But to add a tip without my permission is sneaky, deceptive and fraud! See attached photo! Plus I doubt my small cup was 16oz! I will enclose a quick pic since I am still drinking it and will certainly measure!

Dietary restrictions: Seeking a " Sugar Free, healthier option!" My only option was Green Tea! Rip off! $7 for a plain cup of "Green Tea!" And to be charged a tip on top without my permission! Disgusting!

Ordered a tea with boba and cheese foam. Was charged $10+. The boba itself was additional for $1.25 and I didn’t even receive it in my drinks. Way too much ice. The worst part was the cheese foam was just tiny chunks of cream cheese mixed in instead of actually foam sitting on top. Service wasn’t bad but this place is way too overpriced for the low quality it delivers.

John and his dad have the most amazing customer service ever! I wish every business would always strive to have this incredible type of customer service. John goes out of his way to make sure the smoothie and bobas are exactly how I want them ?

Purchased a mozzarella corn dog , much smaller than anticipated. Two bites and it’s gone but after the first bite … the inside was frozen. I don’t understand if they took 20minutes to air fry it 0/10.

You can’t go wrong with delicious Boba! But the staff can definitely rush just a little bit more so that this is a faster experience. I’d recommend the delicious lychee although I didn’t check out nutritional facts.

I already wrote a review on Yelp, but I think this needs to reach somebody further. I've never had an issue with this place and if anything I've been treated excellent. I went today (5/15 around 3 pm) after shopping for a bit, to be given attitude, treated poorly, and disrespected. I was greeted by a black male around 5'10, wearing a anime shirt from the anime naruto, and greeted rudely. I continued to ask about an item on the menu, and he rudely answered. Eventually, I asked him what he recommended and he had the audacity to respond with "this isn't chick-fil-a". I work in food service, and I understand it gets rough and you have a rough day but in for no reason should I have received this response. If this wasn't enough he went as far as handing my drink and when asking for a straw, he extended his arm to hand me one and toy with me by avoiding my hand and lifting it up. I didn't catch his name but whoever he was, he shouldn't be working in food service if he can't handle talking to customers.
