I wish I got her name but she was so nice and my drink is SO YUMMY! đ«¶đ«¶đ«¶
I get the Lychee green tea slushie with og boba!
Valeria is amazing! Tried the banana boba tea todayâŠSO GOOD đđ§ Wonderful staff and food here :)
Awesome drinks at The Juicy Bubbles in Town Center. I have not tried the food yet, but I will be back !
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service here. Didnât get her name but a young lady with long black hair and glasses didnât want to make a boba slushy because they were âclosingâ. We got there at 7:30 she proceeded to stay in the back, I had to say excuse me for her to come out at 7:40 and didnât want to make the drink we wanted that takes less than 5 minutes. Poor customer service and they need to reevaluate their employees.
Do not get the milk teas. I went here and got the taro milk tea and have been having stomach cramps for the past 7 hours and most likely have food poisoning (I've had taro milk tea before, never had this happen).
Not only that, but the tea was packed with tapioca to the point you were chewing with every sip, and it seemed like it was a faucet of tapioca. Service was okay, but it took 10 minutes for two drinks when there was no one around.
TLDR: The milk teas are awful. Get the fruit teas. They taste much better and don't end with you having food poisoning.
I love taro smoothies I come here a lot with my kids to get taro smoothies all the time but they changed the recipe or something it taste horrible texture is like sand never coming back here again donât recommend it if you are taro smoother lover like me.
As an avid bubble tea đ§ fan, I always source new places to try. On my last visit to Miami I found them in Miami International Mall, I love the combination of anime and boba any day âš
took too long
I never write reviews but after the horrible and rude service I received today I wanted to make sure the management knows how their employees behave. I walked up to the counter today with my 2 daughters and the worker was behind a glass display with her phone up in front of her face using her cellphone with an AirPod in one ear. My younger daughter walked up with a smile on her face, said hi and started to make her order. While my daughter was in the middle of saying her order the register girl literally talked loudly over her by saying âhello, helloâ my daughter at first was confused and then said âhelloâ?? Not knowing what she meant. The register girl then proceeded to say âyou said hello so now i can take your order.â When I heard her say that I could not believe my ears - I said maybe you canât hear the customers because youâre too busy scrolling on your phone with an AirPod in your ear. She had the nerve to say to me âIâm not playing anything in my headphonesâ - no apology, no acknowledgement. I told her that wasnât a nice way to talk to customers. While she was making the tea I asked her name. She said it was Donna. I doubt that was her actual name, but she had a very long black ponytail, false eyelashes and tattoos on her wrist. In this economy, almost $9 for a small tea is a lot. But being mistreated is not acceptable. I will never return
This place is a joke. I walked up to Juicy Bubbles and said hello with a smile, only to be met with complete indifference from the employee who was glued to her phone with an AirPod in. She said she wasnât listening to anything. Guess she had it on for decoration. When I tried to order, she had the audacity to interrupt me repeatedly, screeching 'Hello? Hello? Hello?' with attitude about 10x like a third grade teacher waiting for me to respond. As if I hadn't already spoken and said hello. When I finally got a word in after being confused and replied âuhh hello?â, she sneered, 'Now we can start.'âŠSeriously? I replied âI already said hello.â And she said âI didnât hear youâ with attitude. Yeah maybe because youâre on your phone with an AirPod in and you were sitting down. The rest of the service was just as appalling. When I asked for her name, she lied and said it was 'Donna,' but her real name is Valeria.

do NOT eat the food here itâs incredibly mid and super expensive- boba is okay though.
Not bad but could be better I got the Thai tea with mango boba the Thai tea tasted weird
I honestly loved this boba! I love smooth not too sugary flavors. I got the lavender milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. Honestly so good. If you like Sakura and rose milk tea you will love this! I also asked for less sugar and ice! I will say that it is pricey. 10$ for 1 cup of Boba is a little bit exaggerated but I did like it, just not sure if itâs worth it. đ§
Iced bubbLe matcha tea is a must
Valeria is the sweetest and their boba is the best!
